【摘要】：有關(guān)工商管理專業(yè)實(shí)習(xí)的分析涵蓋了大學(xué)生對實(shí)習(xí)單位的專業(yè)性考量、大學(xué)生對實(shí)習(xí)單位的環(huán)境選擇、大學(xué)生對實(shí)習(xí)單位的待遇選擇、實(shí)習(xí)單位對大學(xué)生專業(yè)的考究、實(shí)習(xí)單位對大學(xué)生素質(zhì)的要求等五個(gè)方面的內(nèi)容。工商管理專業(yè)實(shí)習(xí)存在重理論輕實(shí)踐、實(shí)習(xí)單位供不應(yīng)求、專業(yè)實(shí)習(xí)指導(dǎo)教師水平不高、實(shí)習(xí)管理體系不健全、大學(xué)生的思想意識超現(xiàn)實(shí)、校企對接存在盲區(qū)等問題。高校應(yīng)該充實(shí)專業(yè)實(shí)習(xí)指導(dǎo)教師隊(duì)伍,完善專業(yè)實(shí)習(xí)管理體系,加強(qiáng)大學(xué)生思想意識教育,確保校企溝通順暢。
[Abstract]:The analysis of professional practice in business administration covers the professional considerations of college students to the unit of practice, the environmental choice of the unit of practice, and the treatment of the unit of practice of college students. The content of five aspects such as the study of college students' specialty and the requirements of practice units to college students' diathesis. The practice of industrial and commercial administration majors emphasizes on theory and practice, and the demand of practice units is short of supply. The professional practice guidance teacher level is not high, the practice management system is not perfect, the university student's thought consciousness surreal, the school enterprise docking exists the blind area and so on. The university should enrich the specialized practice instruction teacher troop. Improve the professional practice management system, strengthen the ideological education of college students, ensure smooth communication between schools and enterprises.
