【摘要】：2014年8月,教育部頒布《關于實施卓越教師培養(yǎng)計劃的意見》,標志著我國正式實施卓越教師培養(yǎng)工作。論文在基于卓越教師培養(yǎng)實際上是職前師范生培養(yǎng)的基礎上,對卓越教師職前培養(yǎng)的價值取向的現(xiàn)狀進行了分析,探討了卓越教師職前培養(yǎng)的價值取向的合理定位及其實現(xiàn)路徑。論文的第一部分分析了卓越教師職前培養(yǎng)的相關政策及實施狀況,概括了卓越教師職前培養(yǎng)的工具性價值取向。論文的第二部分主要闡述了卓越教師職前培養(yǎng)價值取向的合理定位。基于人是教育的目的、教育是促進人的生命發(fā)展的活動、卓越教師職前培養(yǎng)是起點而非終點以及教師專業(yè)化發(fā)展的規(guī)律,提出卓越教師職前培養(yǎng)應兼顧工具性價值取向與目的性價值取向。論文的第三部分探討了卓越教師職前培養(yǎng)合理價值取向的實現(xiàn)路徑。在培養(yǎng)目標上,要以人為本;在培養(yǎng)標準上,明確卓越教師的培養(yǎng)標準;在培養(yǎng)內(nèi)容上,兼顧每位學生的多方面發(fā)展;在培養(yǎng)結果上,注意培養(yǎng)結果的差異性。
[Abstract]:In August 2014, the Ministry of Education promulgated the opinions on the implementation of the Plan for the training of Teachers of Excellence. On the basis of the fact that the training of outstanding teachers is actually the training of pre-service normal students, this paper analyzes the status quo of the value orientation of pre-service training of outstanding teachers. The first part of the paper analyzes the relevant policies and implementation of pre-service training of outstanding teachers. This paper summarizes the instrumental value orientation of pre-service training of outstanding teachers. The second part of the paper mainly expounds the rational orientation of value orientation of pre-service training of outstanding teachers. Education is an activity to promote the development of human life, and the pre-service training of outstanding teachers is the starting point, not the end, and the law of teachers' professional development. The third part of the paper discusses the way to realize the rational value orientation of pre-service training of outstanding teachers. To be people-oriented; On the training standard, it is clear that the training standard of outstanding teachers; In the training content, take into account each student's various development; On the culture result, pay attention to the difference of the culture result.
