【摘要】：北京理工大學教學促進與教師發(fā)展中心與學校人事處共同對青年教師崗前培訓工作進行了一系列改革和探索。在培訓內(nèi)容體系的構建上,青年教師除參加北京市高等學校師資培訓中心組織的高等教育學、高等教育心理學、高等教育法規(guī)和高等學校教師職業(yè)道德修養(yǎng)四門網(wǎng)絡課程外,還需參加教學促進與教師發(fā)展中心組織的面授課程,包括政治素養(yǎng)與校情概覽(必修)、教育理念變革(選修)、教學能力提升(選修)、教師職業(yè)素養(yǎng)與職業(yè)發(fā)展(選修)、微課展示與教學能力考核(必修)五個模塊。教師可以自愿參加素質拓展模塊。面授課程的實施路徑分為需求分析、目標確定、內(nèi)容設計、組織實施和效果反饋五個步驟,環(huán)環(huán)相扣。需求分析主要采取問卷和訪談方式對學校有關部處、學院、教師和學生幾個維度開展調研;培訓目標聚焦學校發(fā)展,在教育理念、教學能力、職業(yè)發(fā)展等方面提出具體并可達成的目標;內(nèi)容設計緊密圍繞學校教學發(fā)展需要,實行菜單式彈性學制;組織實施環(huán)節(jié)需要考慮培訓師資、授課環(huán)境以及授課形式等多方面因素;效果反饋不僅讓組織者可以清楚了解學員滿意度及學習效果,還是下一輪培訓需求分析及課程設計的重要依據(jù)。由此,形成全過程的閉環(huán)模式實施路徑。培訓課程主要特征是:(1)構建了網(wǎng)絡課程與面授課程相結合、必修課程與選修課程相結合、專題報告與工作坊等形式相結合的科學、合理的培訓課程體系;(2)以人為本、與時俱進的培訓內(nèi)容;(3)設置素質拓展模塊。中國高校青年教師崗前培訓應關注理論知識與教學實踐之間的關系,扭轉“重理論學習,輕能力培養(yǎng)”課程格局,建立完善的考核機制;關注教學與科研之間的關系,引入教學學術概念,對教學科研進行有效整合;建立青年教師成長社群,開展青年教師成長跟蹤調查,構建具有持續(xù)性的青年教師培養(yǎng)體系。
[Abstract]:Beijing Institute of Technology teaching and teacher development promotion center and the school personnel department jointly carried out a series of reform and exploration of the pre job training of young teachers.
