【摘要】：2017年教育部發(fā)布高校畢業(yè)生數(shù)量,預(yù)計(jì)795萬人,比較2016年新增約30萬。為進(jìn)一步解決高校畢業(yè)生就業(yè)問題,國務(wù)院總理李克強(qiáng)在十二屆全國人大三次會議作政府工作報(bào)告中要求堅(jiān)持就業(yè)優(yōu)先,以創(chuàng)業(yè)帶動就業(yè)。目前內(nèi)蒙古地區(qū)高校中除了部分MBA專業(yè)開設(shè)了一些"內(nèi)蒙古經(jīng)濟(jì)與企業(yè)發(fā)展"、"產(chǎn)業(yè)與競爭分析"、"民族地區(qū)創(chuàng)業(yè)學(xué)"等特色課程和講座,大多數(shù)高校開設(shè)《職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃》、《大學(xué)生就業(yè)輔導(dǎo)》理論課程,開展"職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃"、"創(chuàng)業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)"和"互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+"之類的創(chuàng)業(yè)大賽和講座,忽視了區(qū)域特點(diǎn)、民族特點(diǎn)、高校專業(yè)優(yōu)勢相結(jié)合的研究。本文通過對內(nèi)蒙古地區(qū)高校創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育現(xiàn)狀及問題進(jìn)行分析,通過對內(nèi)蒙古地區(qū)高校創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育SWOT分析以及對比美國創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育,總結(jié)如下對策:(1)構(gòu)建有進(jìn)階關(guān)系、本土化的課程體系。(2)創(chuàng)建"理論→模擬→實(shí)踐"的階梯教學(xué)模式。(3)充分利用各種資源加快加強(qiáng)教師創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育教學(xué)能力建設(shè)。(4)多途徑緩解專項(xiàng)基金短缺壓力。(5)高校與創(chuàng)業(yè)基地形成輻射關(guān)系,盤活創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育資源。(6)形成以高校為主導(dǎo),多元主體環(huán)環(huán)相扣的創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育生態(tài)鏈。
[Abstract]:In 2017, the Ministry of Education announced that the number of college graduates is expected to be 7.95 million, an increase of about 300,000 compared with 2016, in order to further solve the employment problem of college graduates. In his report on the work of the government at the third session of the 12 National people's Congress, Premier Li Keqiang of the State Council urged that employment should be given priority. At present, some colleges and universities in Inner Mongolia have set up some "Inner Mongolia economy and enterprise development", "Industry and competition analysis" in addition to some MBA majors. "Entrepreneurship in ethnic regions" and other special courses and lectures, most colleges and universities set up "career planning", "college students employment guidance" theoretical courses, "career planning." "Entrepreneurship Design" and "Internet" such as entrepreneurship competitions and lectures, ignoring the regional characteristics, national characteristics. This paper analyzes the current situation and problems of innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities in Inner Mongolia. Based on the SWOT analysis of innovative entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities in Inner Mongolia and the comparison of innovative entrepreneurship education in the United States, this paper summarizes the following countermeasures: 1: 1) constructing the advanced and localized curriculum system. 鈫扴imulation. 鈫扨ractice "ladder teaching mode. 3) make full use of all kinds of resources to accelerate the construction of teachers' creative education teaching ability. 4) to alleviate the pressure of shortage of special funds. Universities and entrepreneurial bases form a radiation relationship. Invigorating innovative entrepreneurial education resources. 6) forming the ecological chain of innovative entrepreneurship education, which is dominated by colleges and universities and intertwined with multiple subjects.
