【摘要】：教育對外開放事業(yè)的發(fā)展是我國同"一帶一路"沿線國家合作交流的重要保障,而西部地區(qū)是國家教育對外開放事業(yè)的重點,也是難點。"一帶一路"視閾下,西部各省市教育對外開放面臨的問題和發(fā)展的路徑存在共性。通過對貴州省中外合作辦學(xué)發(fā)展困境和原因的剖析以及對發(fā)展路徑的探究,以點帶面,建議西部省市將中外合作辦學(xué)置于省域戰(zhàn)略發(fā)展的高度,加強頂層設(shè)計,擴大規(guī)模,提高層次,有效利用國家政策,拓寬合作范圍,豐富教育資源,促進省域乃至整個西部地區(qū)教育對外開放事業(yè)的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:The development of educational opening to the outside world is an important guarantee for the cooperation and exchange between China and the countries along the route of "Belt and Road", while the western region is the focus and difficulty of the national education opening up. Through the analysis of the difficulties and reasons of the development of Sino-foreign cooperative education in Guizhou Province and the exploration of the development path, the author points out the common problems and development paths of education opening to the outside world in the western provinces and cities. It is suggested that the western provinces and cities should put the Sino-foreign cooperation in running schools at the height of the provincial strategic development, strengthen the top-level design, expand the scale, raise the level, effectively utilize the national policies, broaden the scope of cooperation, and enrich the educational resources. To promote the development of education opening to the outside world in the provinces and even the whole western region.
