自閉癥譜系障礙兒童言語重復(fù)行為干預(yù)的個案研究

【摘要】:言語重復(fù)行為是重復(fù)行為的一種表現(xiàn)類型,在自閉癥兒童中有很高的發(fā)生率,并且給自閉癥兒童、家長和教師帶來很大的挑戰(zhàn)。本研究以輔讀學(xué)校兩名自閉癥兒童為研究對象,采用多基線跨被試實驗設(shè)計的研究方法,通過對自閉癥兒童課堂情境中言語重復(fù)行為進行功能行為評估,采取有針對性的干預(yù)策略進行干預(yù)實證研究。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),基于功能行為評估結(jié)果,制定基于前奏、基于行為和基于結(jié)果的綜合性干預(yù)策略,能夠有效地改善自閉癥兒童的言語重復(fù)行為。
[Abstract]:Verbal repetition is one of the manifestations of repetitive behavior, which has a high incidence among autistic children and poses great challenges to autistic children, parents and teachers. In this study, two autistic children in a secondary school were selected as subjects, and a multi-baseline cross-subject design was used to evaluate the functional behavior of speech repetition behavior in the classroom context of autistic children. Adopt the targeted intervention strategy to carry on the intervention empirical research. It is found that comprehensive intervention strategies based on prelude, behavior and results can effectively improve speech repetition behavior of autistic children based on the results of functional behavior assessment.
