【摘要】：成人職業(yè)教育是國(guó)內(nèi)教育事業(yè)發(fā)展的一個(gè)新突破,設(shè)置科學(xué)、完善的成人職業(yè)教育課程體系,有助于促進(jìn)成人職業(yè)教育的快速發(fā)展。目前,產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈發(fā)展視角下國(guó)內(nèi)成人職業(yè)教育課程設(shè)置產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈能力不高、企業(yè)參與成人職業(yè)教育課程設(shè)置動(dòng)力不足、成人職業(yè)教育課程設(shè)置與產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈發(fā)展的科學(xué)機(jī)制尚未建構(gòu)。為了解決這些問(wèn)題,文章從產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈發(fā)展視角出發(fā),分析了成人職業(yè)教育課程設(shè)置原則,基于此提出了產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈發(fā)展視角下國(guó)內(nèi)成人職業(yè)教育課程設(shè)置的幾點(diǎn)策略。
[Abstract]:Adult vocational education is a new breakthrough in the development of domestic education. Setting up a scientific and perfect curriculum system of adult vocational education is helpful to promote the rapid development of adult vocational education. At present, under the perspective of industry chain development, the ability of domestic adult vocational education curriculum setup is not high, the motivation of enterprises participating in adult vocational education curriculum setting is insufficient, and the scientific mechanism of adult vocational education curriculum setting and industrial chain development has not been constructed. In order to solve these problems, this paper analyzes the principles of curriculum setting of adult vocational education from the perspective of industrial chain development, and puts forward some strategies for curriculum setting of adult vocational education in China from the perspective of industrial chain development.
