【摘要】：殘疾人群是社會(huì)中的弱勢(shì)群體和邊緣群體,然而其最終要融入社會(huì),其離校后的生活品質(zhì)問(wèn)題備受關(guān)注。轉(zhuǎn)銜服務(wù)的提出和發(fā)展是“回歸主流”的必然趨勢(shì),是確保殘疾兒童未來(lái)生活品質(zhì)的重要保證,其已經(jīng)成為特殊教育的發(fā)展重點(diǎn)之一。我國(guó)臺(tái)灣地區(qū)特殊教育轉(zhuǎn)銜服務(wù)已經(jīng)形成了一個(gè)完整的體系。作為后起者,大陸地區(qū)特殊教育發(fā)展路徑與臺(tái)灣地區(qū)有諸多的相似之處�？梢哉f(shuō),臺(tái)灣特殊教育發(fā)展過(guò)程中到的問(wèn)題很可能就是大陸地區(qū)教育發(fā)展中正在或即將面臨的問(wèn)題。所以本文以臺(tái)灣殘疾兒童轉(zhuǎn)銜服務(wù)的發(fā)展為切入點(diǎn),希望在此基礎(chǔ)上給予相關(guān)借鑒全文分之為5個(gè)部分。第一章是緒論:包括選題緣起、轉(zhuǎn)銜服務(wù)相關(guān)概念及本研究的意義,歸納海峽兩岸特殊教育轉(zhuǎn)銜服務(wù)的研究成果,并闡明了本文的研究方法。第二章:本章使用文獻(xiàn)研究法追溯轉(zhuǎn)銜服務(wù)在臺(tái)灣的產(chǎn)生發(fā)展背景、發(fā)展歷程及法律法規(guī)保障,并采用具體案例體現(xiàn)時(shí)代發(fā)展特色。第三章:本章主要用文獻(xiàn)研究法對(duì)轉(zhuǎn)銜服務(wù)流程、轉(zhuǎn)銜服務(wù)內(nèi)容、轉(zhuǎn)銜服務(wù)實(shí)施追蹤等方面進(jìn)行深入而系統(tǒng)地梳理與分析,從而呈現(xiàn)出當(dāng)前轉(zhuǎn)銜服務(wù)在臺(tái)灣地區(qū)的具體實(shí)施現(xiàn)狀,并采用具體案例以對(duì)臺(tái)灣地區(qū)殘疾兒童轉(zhuǎn)銜服務(wù)形成全面的認(rèn)識(shí)。第四章:針對(duì)臺(tái)灣地區(qū)殘疾兒童轉(zhuǎn)銜服務(wù)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行剖析,提煉臺(tái)灣殘疾兒童轉(zhuǎn)銜服務(wù)的特點(diǎn),并對(duì)其在發(fā)展過(guò)程中遇到的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了分析。第五章:本章采用比較法,在借鑒臺(tái)灣轉(zhuǎn)銜服務(wù)經(jīng)驗(yàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合大陸目前特殊教育轉(zhuǎn)銜服務(wù)現(xiàn)狀,提出相關(guān)啟示。
[Abstract]:The disabled are the vulnerable and marginal groups in the society. However, they should be integrated into the society eventually, and their quality of life after leaving school has been paid close attention to. It is an inevitable trend of "returning to the mainstream" and an important guarantee to ensure the future quality of life of children with disabilities, and it has become one of the emphases of the development of special education. Taiwan Special Education transfer Service has formed a complete system. As a latecomer, there are many similarities between the development of special education in mainland China and Taiwan. It can be said that the problems in the development of special education in Taiwan are likely to be or will be faced with in the development of education in the mainland. Therefore, this paper takes the development of the service for disabled children in Taiwan as the starting point, hoping to draw on the relevant reference in five parts of the full text. The first chapter is the introduction: including the origin of the topic, the concept of transfer service and the significance of this study, summarize the research results of cross-strait special education transfer service, and clarify the research methods of this paper. Chapter two: this chapter uses the literature research method to trace back the development background, the development course and the laws and regulations of the service in Taiwan, and adopts the concrete cases to reflect the characteristics of the times. Chapter III: this chapter mainly uses the literature research method to carry on the thorough and systematic combing and the analysis to the transfer title service flow, the title service content, the transfer service implementation tracking and so on. Thus, the current status of implementation of the transfer service in Taiwan area is presented, and the specific cases are adopted to form a comprehensive understanding of the transfer service of disabled children in Taiwan. The fourth chapter analyzes the current situation of the development of the service for disabled children in Taiwan, abstracts the characteristics of the service, and analyzes the problems encountered in the process of development. Chapter five: this chapter adopts the comparative method, based on the experience of Taiwan's transfer service, combined with the current situation of special education transfer service in mainland China, puts forward the relevant enlightenment.
