開放大學(xué)教師專業(yè)發(fā)展需求模型——基于扎根理論的研究

【摘要】:教師專業(yè)發(fā)展是開放大學(xué)建設(shè)的重要任務(wù)。本研究從縱向、內(nèi)發(fā)的視角,采用質(zhì)性研究中扎根理論取向,通過焦點(diǎn)小組訪談的形式對(duì)94名國家開放大學(xué)的教師進(jìn)行了調(diào)查,對(duì)獲取的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行三級(jí)編碼,梳理了開放大學(xué)教師專業(yè)發(fā)展不同階段的主要任務(wù)、困難與挑戰(zhàn);在此基礎(chǔ)上,構(gòu)建了開放大學(xué)教師專業(yè)發(fā)展需求模型,提出開放大學(xué)教師專業(yè)發(fā)展包括三個(gè)維度的需求:自我認(rèn)同的需求、社會(huì)認(rèn)同的需求、同伴認(rèn)同的需求,以及發(fā)展混合式教學(xué)能力以滿足其自我認(rèn)同的需求,發(fā)展科研能力以滿足其社會(huì)認(rèn)同的需求,發(fā)展團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作能力以滿足其同伴認(rèn)同的需求;構(gòu)建了開放大學(xué)教師的混合式教學(xué)知識(shí)框架,指出開展有效教學(xué)需要具備四個(gè)核心元素:學(xué)科知識(shí)、成人教學(xué)法知識(shí)、在線教學(xué)法知識(shí)、技術(shù)知識(shí),及其交織形成的混合元素:面向成人的學(xué)科教學(xué)法、學(xué)科在線教學(xué)法、整合技術(shù)的在線教學(xué)法、整合技術(shù)的成人教學(xué)法等。
[Abstract]:Teacher professional development is an important task in the construction of open university. In this study, 94 teachers of the National Open University were investigated in the form of focus group interviews from a longitudinal and internal perspective, and the data obtained were encoded at three levels by taking root in the theoretical orientation of qualitative research. This paper combs the main tasks, difficulties and challenges in different stages of the professional development of teachers in the Open University, and on this basis, constructs the demand model of the professional development of teachers in the Open University. It is proposed that the professional development of teachers in OUU includes three dimensions: the need for self-identity, the need for social identity, the need for peer identity, and the development of mixed teaching ability to meet the needs of self-identity. To develop scientific research ability to meet the needs of social identity, to develop teamwork ability to meet the needs of peer identity, and to construct a hybrid teaching knowledge framework for open university teachers. It is pointed out that effective teaching needs four core elements: subject knowledge, adult teaching method knowledge, online teaching method knowledge, technical knowledge, and its intertwined mixed elements: adult oriented subject teaching method and subject online teaching method. The online teaching method of integrating technology, adult teaching method of integrating technology and so on.
