【摘要】：高校成人學(xué)習(xí)者群體在終身教育背景下持續(xù)擴(kuò)大,面對(duì)成人教育科學(xué)化的發(fā)展要求,成人學(xué)習(xí)者思想行為特征的研究分析工作進(jìn)一步凸顯必要性。學(xué)習(xí)者的思想行為體系是影響其學(xué)習(xí)活動(dòng)的內(nèi)在要素,高校成人學(xué)習(xí)者在學(xué)習(xí)中呈現(xiàn)出目標(biāo)明確、動(dòng)力內(nèi)發(fā)、方式自主等群體性特征,通過對(duì)這些特征的深入剖析和總結(jié),能夠加強(qiáng)對(duì)成人教育教學(xué)工作的科學(xué)性指導(dǎo),進(jìn)而促進(jìn)多向教育思路的開拓,全面提高高校成人教學(xué)的針對(duì)性和實(shí)效性。
[Abstract]:Under the background of lifelong education, the group of adult learners in colleges and universities continues to expand. In the face of the scientific development of adult education, the research and analysis of the ideological and behavioral characteristics of adult learners further highlights the necessity. The learners' thought and behavior system is the internal factor that affects their learning activities. The adult learners in colleges and universities present some group characteristics such as clear goal, internal motivation, and autonomy in the way of learning, and through the deep analysis and summary of these characteristics, It can strengthen the scientific guidance of adult education and teaching, promote the development of multi-direction education, and improve the pertinence and effectiveness of adult teaching in colleges and universities.
