新型職業(yè)農(nóng)民心理資本與自我導(dǎo)向?qū)W習(xí)的關(guān)系

【摘要】:自我導(dǎo)向?qū)W習(xí)作為成人學(xué)習(xí)的一種重要方式,有利于新型職業(yè)農(nóng)民知識(shí)和技能的開發(fā),幫助他們步入職業(yè)化道路;诜e極心理學(xué)視角,能夠?yàn)樽晕覍?dǎo)向?qū)W習(xí)的發(fā)生機(jī)理提供一個(gè)有效的概念框架,有利于豐富自我導(dǎo)向?qū)W習(xí)的理論視閾。目前,國(guó)內(nèi)關(guān)于該方面的研究還有所缺失。結(jié)合"心理資本"與"自我導(dǎo)向?qū)W習(xí)"的理論框架,可以有效探討二者之間的關(guān)系。基于心理資本問(wèn)卷和自我導(dǎo)向?qū)W習(xí)傾向量表的數(shù)據(jù)收集,通過(guò)描述性統(tǒng)計(jì)分析、皮爾遜相關(guān)分析和回歸分析等方法的運(yùn)用,論證了三點(diǎn)結(jié)論:第一、新型職業(yè)農(nóng)民的心理資本與自我導(dǎo)向?qū)W習(xí)之間高度相關(guān),其中自我效能感與自我導(dǎo)向?qū)W習(xí)的相關(guān)系數(shù)最高;第二、新型職業(yè)農(nóng)民的心理資本與自我導(dǎo)向?qū)W習(xí)之間為線性關(guān)系,心理資本能夠?qū)π滦吐殬I(yè)農(nóng)民自我導(dǎo)向?qū)W習(xí)做出一定的預(yù)測(cè);第三、新型職業(yè)農(nóng)民心理資本四個(gè)子維度對(duì)自我導(dǎo)向?qū)W習(xí)影響程度從大到小依次為:自我效能感、樂(lè)觀、韌性、希望。
[Abstract]:Self-directed learning, as an important way of adult learning, is conducive to the development of new professional farmers' knowledge and skills, and helps them to enter the road of professionalization. Based on the perspective of positive psychology, it can provide an effective conceptual framework for the occurrence mechanism of self-oriented learning, which is helpful to enrich the theoretical horizon of self-oriented learning. At present, the domestic research on this area is still missing. Combining with the theoretical framework of psychological capital and self-oriented learning, the relationship between them can be explored effectively. Based on the psychological capital questionnaire and the self-directed learning disposition scale, the paper uses descriptive statistical analysis, Pearson correlation analysis and regression analysis to demonstrate three conclusions: first, There is a high correlation between psychological capital and self-directed learning of new-type professional farmers, in which the correlation coefficient between self-efficacy and self-directed learning is the highest, second, the linear relationship between psychological capital and self-directed learning of new-type vocational farmers. Psychological capital can make a certain prediction of self-oriented learning of new professional farmers; third, the four sub-dimensions of psychological capital of new professional farmers have a great impact on self-oriented learning, followed by self-efficacy, optimism and resilience. hope
