民族教育政策與延邊地區(qū)朝鮮族小學(xué)生擇漢校問題研究

【摘要】:新中國成立以來,我國逐漸建立了符合國情的民族教育發(fā)展制度,在少數(shù)民族教育事業(yè)發(fā)展方面取得了豐碩的成果。我國朝鮮族十分重視教育,延邊朝鮮族自治州(簡稱"延邊州")作為全國唯一的朝鮮族區(qū)域自治的地區(qū),素有"教育之鄉(xiāng)"的美譽(yù)。多年來,在黨和國家民族政策的關(guān)心和支持下,延邊州民族教育事業(yè)得到優(yōu)先發(fā)展,已經(jīng)建立起了從幼兒園到高中,再到大學(xué)的比較完備的民族教育體系。但是,隨著近些年來我國經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展,有越來越多的朝鮮族參與到全國各地的經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)事業(yè)建設(shè)之中,朝鮮族家庭也逐漸意識(shí)到提高漢語水平的重要性,因此越來越多的家長將孩子送到漢族學(xué)校學(xué)習(xí)。朝鮮族小學(xué)生擇漢校問題直接影響到朝鮮族語言文字的推廣,不利于朝鮮族民族文化的傳承和弘揚(yáng),對(duì)保護(hù)我國多民族文化優(yōu)良傳統(tǒng)起到了負(fù)面作用。延邊州是我國朝鮮族民風(fēng)民俗保護(hù)最為完好的地區(qū),如果不能有效解決越來越多的朝鮮族小學(xué)生擇漢校問題,延邊州民族教育的發(fā)展優(yōu)勢(shì)將很快消失殆盡。由于目前對(duì)國內(nèi)朝鮮族小學(xué)生"擇漢校"問題的研究尚處于初步探索階段,存在著研究成果相對(duì)零散、系統(tǒng)化成果缺失、相關(guān)概念界定不清等問題,所以對(duì)其研究具有十分的必要性。為了研究好延邊州朝鮮族小學(xué)生擇漢族問題,筆者選取了延吉、龍井、圖們?nèi)齻(gè)延邊州所轄縣級(jí)市中的10所漢族小學(xué),對(duì)2013~2015年小學(xué)一年級(jí)朝鮮族學(xué)生所占比例進(jìn)行了數(shù)據(jù)調(diào)查,歸納出朝鮮族小學(xué)生擇漢校的特點(diǎn),并在此基礎(chǔ)上從增強(qiáng)民族意識(shí)、引導(dǎo)民族教育、優(yōu)化資源配置、豐富辦學(xué)形式等方面提出了合理化建議,以期改善朝鮮族小學(xué)校的生源流失、教師隊(duì)伍建設(shè)等問題,這將有利于朝鮮族民族教育的深化和發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Since the founding of the people's Republic of China, China has gradually established a national education development system in accordance with the national conditions, and has achieved fruitful results in the development of minority education. Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture (referred to as Yanbian Prefecture), as the only autonomous region of Korean nationality in China, has the reputation of "the hometown of education". Over the years, with the care and support of the Party and the national policies, the ethnic education in Yanbian prefecture has been given priority, and a relatively complete national education system has been established from kindergarten to high school to university. However, with the rapid development of Chinese economy in recent years, more and more Korean ethnic groups are participating in the economic and social construction all over the country, and Korean families are gradually aware of the importance of improving the Chinese language level. As a result, more and more parents send their children to Han schools. The problem of selecting Han school for Korean pupils directly affects the promotion of Korean language and characters, is not conducive to the inheritance and development of Korean national culture, and plays a negative role in protecting the fine tradition of our country's multi-ethnic culture. Yanbian prefecture is the best protected area of Korean folk customs. If more and more Korean primary school students can not be solved effectively, the development advantage of Yanbian ethnic education will disappear quickly. At present, the research on the problem of selecting Han school for Korean primary school students in China is still in the initial stage of exploration. There are some problems such as relatively scattered research results, lack of systematic results, unclear definition of related concepts, etc. So it is necessary to study it. In order to study the problem of selecting Han nationality for Korean primary school students in Yanbian Prefecture, the author selected 10 Han schools in the county level cities under the jurisdiction of Yanji, Longjing and Tumen. This paper makes a data survey on the proportion of Korean students in the first grade of primary school from 2013 to 2015, sums up the characteristics of Korean primary school selection, and on this basis strengthens the national consciousness, guides the ethnic education, and optimizes the allocation of resources. Some reasonable suggestions are put forward in order to improve the loss of students and the construction of teachers in the primary schools of Korean nationality, which will be beneficial to the deepening and development of ethnic education of Korean nationality.
