【摘要】：近年來我國殘疾人高等教育持續(xù)發(fā)展,殘疾人接受高等教育的需求不斷擴大,凸顯殘疾人高等教育教師隊伍發(fā)展面臨結(jié)構(gòu)不合理和整體專業(yè)水平不高的問題。美國通過確立特殊教師專業(yè)標準、實施特殊教育教師資格制度、允許殘疾人高等院校作為用人單位提出個性要求三種方式,共同規(guī)范了殘疾人高等教育教師發(fā)展的學術(shù)標準與管理制度,啟示我國當前殘疾人高等教育應當建立教師專業(yè)標準、建立并實施殘疾人高等教育教師資格證制度,以促進殘疾人高等教育教師的專業(yè)發(fā)展,提高殘疾人高等教育人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the continuous development of higher education for the disabled in China, the increasing demand for the disabled to receive higher education, highlights the problems of unreasonable structure and low professional level in the development of the contingent of teachers of higher education for the disabled. By establishing professional standards for special teachers, the United States has implemented a system of qualifications for special education teachers, allowing institutions of higher learning with disabilities, as employers, to put forward personality requirements in three ways. The academic standard and management system for the development of teachers of higher education for the disabled have been standardized together, and it has been revealed that China's current higher education for the disabled should establish a professional standard for teachers, and establish and implement the system of teacher qualification for higher education for the disabled. In order to promote the professional development of teachers of higher education for the disabled and improve the quality of talents training of higher education for the disabled.
