【摘要】：進(jìn)入21世紀(jì),在構(gòu)建學(xué)習(xí)型社會(huì)的大背景下,制度化教育的種種問題也日益凸顯出來。作為終身教育體系重要組成部分之一的成人教育,受制度化教育的影響,在發(fā)展的過程中也面臨各種難題。研究主要從成人教育社會(huì)化的內(nèi)涵入手,對(duì)我國(guó)成人教育社會(huì)化發(fā)展趨勢(shì)進(jìn)行分析,探討成人學(xué)習(xí)服務(wù)的趨勢(shì)和管理社會(huì)化的趨勢(shì)。為更好地應(yīng)對(duì)成人教育社會(huì)化的趨勢(shì),我國(guó)的成人教育首先需要更新理念,實(shí)現(xiàn)價(jià)值定位社會(huì)化。在此基礎(chǔ)上,還需要在課程設(shè)置、教育機(jī)構(gòu)、傳統(tǒng)管理模式等方面做出努力,逐步實(shí)現(xiàn)成人教育管理的社會(huì)化。只有通過多種方式,我國(guó)的成人教育才能真正達(dá)到為社會(huì)服務(wù)的目的。
[Abstract]:In the 21st century, under the background of constructing a learning society, the problems of institutionalized education have become increasingly prominent. As an important part of lifelong education system, adult education, influenced by institutionalized education, also faces various problems in the process of development. The research mainly starts with the connotation of adult education socialization, analyzes the development trend of adult education socialization in China, probes into the trend of adult learning service and the trend of management socialization. In order to better cope with the trend of adult education socialization, China's adult education needs to update its concept and realize the socialization of value orientation. On this basis, it is necessary to make efforts in curriculum setting, educational institutions, traditional management model and so on, so as to realize the socialization of adult education management step by step. Only through a variety of ways, our country's adult education can really achieve the purpose of serving the society.
