【摘要】：美國(guó)的成人教育理論研究起步較早,碩果累累。統(tǒng)觀美國(guó)的成人教育理論研究可發(fā)現(xiàn),其研究主要有年齡理論、認(rèn)知發(fā)展理論以及功能理論三個(gè)取向�；谀挲g理論取向的成人教育理論強(qiáng)調(diào)應(yīng)結(jié)合人在不同年齡段的特點(diǎn)對(duì)其實(shí)施有針對(duì)性的成人教育;基于認(rèn)知發(fā)展理論取向的成人教育理論從人的認(rèn)知發(fā)展角度出發(fā),將成人教育視作人的認(rèn)知不斷發(fā)展的過程;基于功能理論取向的成人教育理論研究強(qiáng)調(diào)要處理好成人教育過程中不同要素之間的關(guān)系。這三種不同的研究取向從不同視角為美國(guó)成人教育的發(fā)展提供了指導(dǎo)。
[Abstract]:The theory of adult education in the United States started early and fruitful. It can be found that there are three orientations in the study of adult education theory: age theory, cognitive development theory and functional theory. The adult education theory based on the age theory emphasizes that the adult education should be carried out according to the characteristics of different ages, and the adult education theory based on the cognitive development theory starts from the perspective of human cognitive development. The adult education is regarded as the process of the continuous development of human cognition, and the theoretical research of adult education based on the functional theory orientation emphasizes that the relationship between the different elements in the process of adult education should be handled well. These three different research orientations provide guidance for the development of American adult education from different perspectives.
