【摘要】：針對(duì)專業(yè)化視角下我國(guó)高校成人教育教師隊(duì)伍建設(shè)的現(xiàn)狀,應(yīng)該從建立高校成人教育獨(dú)特的師資隊(duì)伍、加強(qiáng)高校成人教育教師入職培訓(xùn)和在職學(xué)習(xí)、增強(qiáng)高校成人教育教師的專業(yè)精神、提高高校成人教育教師待遇,改善其工作條件、構(gòu)建發(fā)展性高校成人教育教師評(píng)價(jià)制度等方面促進(jìn)高校成人教育教師隊(duì)伍建設(shè)發(fā)展,使高校成人教育能夠?yàn)樯鐣?huì)發(fā)揮其應(yīng)有價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:In view of the current situation of the construction of adult education teachers in colleges and universities from the perspective of specialization, it is necessary to establish a unique contingent of teachers for adult education in colleges and universities, and to strengthen the on-job training and in-service learning of adult education teachers in colleges and universities. Strengthening the professional spirit of adult education teachers in colleges and universities, improving the treatment of adult education teachers in colleges and universities, improving their working conditions, constructing the evaluation system of adult education teachers in developing colleges and universities, and so on, promoting the construction and development of adult education teachers in colleges and universities. So that adult education in colleges and universities can play its due value for the society.
