【摘要】：師生互動是課堂互動行為中重要和常見的一種。大量的研究表明,良好的師生互動對學生和教師都有促進作用。本研究探究了培智學校課堂師生互動的現(xiàn)狀,為未來的研究提供內(nèi)容和方法上的借鑒,為這一領域積累實證資料,豐富該領域的理論研究成果;為培智學校學生的發(fā)展、教師專業(yè)水平的提高,以及提高培智學校教育質(zhì)量提供建議。本研究采用參與式觀察法,使用布羅菲-古德雙向互動系統(tǒng)(Brophy-Good Dyadic Interaction System)分析了某培智學校三個學段45名學生和17名教師在生活語文、生活數(shù)學、生活適應中的課堂師生互動情況,共計18節(jié)課。研究的主要結(jié)論如下:(1)教師在培智學校課堂師生互動中起主導作用,學生課堂參與的積極性普遍較低;(2)培智學校課堂師生互動以教師與學生個體的互動為主要類型;(3)培智學校課堂師生互動以"有關學習的互動"為主要內(nèi)容,以問答為主要方式;(4)培智學校課堂師生互動存在較大的差異,差異的產(chǎn)生主要來源于學生和學科,而不是教師。具體來說,培智學校課堂師生互動受學科、學段、學生學業(yè)水平的影響較大,受學生的障礙類型、障礙程度、性別,教師學歷、專業(yè)背景、就職階段的影響較小。本研究提出以下建議:(1)激發(fā)培智學校學生的學習動機,提高學生課堂參與的積極性;(2)因材施教,為了每一個障礙學生的發(fā)展,·(3)倡導多樣的培智學校課堂師生互動形式。
[Abstract]:Teacher-student interaction is an important and common type of classroom interaction. A large number of studies have shown that good teacher-student interaction can promote both students and teachers. This study probes into the present situation of teacher-student interaction in the classroom of the school, provides the content and method for the future research, accumulates the empirical data for this field, enriches the theoretical research results in this field, and for the development of the students of the school. To improve the professional level of teachers and improve the quality of education in schools for the mentally handicapped. Using the participatory observation method and Brophy-Good Dyadic Interaction System), the present study analyzed the interaction between teachers and students in life language, life mathematics and life adaptation in the classroom of 45 students and 17 teachers in three learning stages of a school. A total of 18 classes. The main conclusions of the study are as follows: (1) Teachers play a leading role in teacher-student interaction in the classroom. The main types of teacher-student interaction in Peiji schools are teacher-student interaction between teachers and students. 3) teacher-student interaction in Peiji schools is mainly composed of "learning interaction". There are great differences in teacher-student interaction between teachers and students in Pei-chi School. The difference comes mainly from students and subjects rather than teachers. Specifically, teacher-student interaction in the classroom is influenced by the subjects, stages, and students' academic level, but is less influenced by the types of obstacles, the degree of obstacles, the gender, the teacher's education, the professional background, and the stage of employment. This study puts forward the following suggestions: 1) arousing the students' learning motivation and improving the enthusiasm of the students' participation in the classroom. 2) to teach students according to their aptitude. For the development of each obstacle student, 3) to advocate various forms of teacher-student interaction in the classroom of the school.
