【摘要】：在國內(nèi)就業(yè)壓力逐漸增大、成人教育職業(yè)化趨勢越來越明顯的背景下,成人教育相關(guān)管理部門有必要采取一定的引導(dǎo)策略,合理引導(dǎo)成人院校的職業(yè)化發(fā)展,以更好地提升成人教育的教學(xué)質(zhì)量,減少學(xué)生的就業(yè)負(fù)擔(dān)。我國的成人教育職業(yè)化發(fā)展優(yōu)勢十分明顯,有利于成人教育水平的全面提升。為了更好地引導(dǎo)其發(fā)展,可以采取教學(xué)改革與創(chuàng)新、轉(zhuǎn)變傳統(tǒng)教學(xué)觀念、加快成人院校建設(shè)等策略。
[Abstract]:Under the background of increasing domestic employment pressure and the trend of professionalization of adult education, it is necessary for the relevant management departments of adult education to adopt certain guiding strategies to reasonably guide the professional development of adult colleges and universities. In order to improve the quality of adult education, reduce the burden of employment. Our country's adult education professional development superiority is very obvious, is advantageous to the adult education level overall enhancement. In order to better guide its development, we can adopt teaching reform and innovation, change the traditional teaching concept, and speed up the construction of adult colleges and universities.
