【摘要】：當(dāng)前,我國成人高等院校由于各方面原因,在管理方面均存在著各類問題。這些問題的存在與成人高等院校的管理體制有著密切的聯(lián)系。要想改變現(xiàn)狀,就需要對成人高等院校管理機(jī)制進(jìn)行全面變革。而流程再造理論則是專門針對某一管理機(jī)制運(yùn)行機(jī)能存在的問題提出的解決策略,因而我們有必要嘗試將這一理論運(yùn)用到成人高等院校管理機(jī)制中并進(jìn)行積極的探索,以促進(jìn)成人高等院校管理由粗放化到精細(xì)化的轉(zhuǎn)變。
[Abstract]:At present, there are all kinds of problems in the management of adult colleges and universities in our country. The existence of these problems is closely related to the management system of adult colleges and universities. In order to change the present situation, it is necessary to reform the management mechanism of adult colleges and universities. However, the theory of process reengineering is a special solution to the problems existing in the running function of a certain management mechanism. Therefore, it is necessary for us to try to apply this theory to the management mechanism of adult colleges and universities and make active exploration. In order to promote adult institutions of higher learning management from extensive to refined transformation.
