【摘要】：在經濟全球化和知識全球化的背景下,當代歐洲的成人教育已獨具規(guī)模并形成自身特點,如積極開展對成人教育質量的評估、建立學習研究基地、發(fā)揮積極公民身份的作用、成立地方性學習中心增進區(qū)域伙伴合作關系等。分析歐洲成人教育發(fā)展中遇到的問題及對策將對我國成人教育給予一定的啟示,如加強基本技能與能力的培養(yǎng)、進一步開發(fā)網絡等形式提升教學方法、加強成人教育質量的監(jiān)管和督導工作、確保成人教育教師隊伍的自身建設等。
