【摘要】：正總理強(qiáng)調(diào)推動(dòng)全民閱讀,"全民"二字絕不僅僅指地處優(yōu)勢的城市族群。問題在于,地區(qū)發(fā)展的不平衡,城鄉(xiāng)差別和東西差別,讓中國鄉(xiāng)村人文人才匱乏,而都市文化資源過溢。如何將閱讀送到鄉(xiāng)村底層孩子的手中心間,已經(jīng)成為一個(gè)要面臨的現(xiàn)實(shí)問題。這幾天在浙江省蒼南縣參加新的社會(huì)階層聯(lián)誼會(huì)發(fā)起的"鄉(xiāng)村讀書計(jì)劃"調(diào)研,跑了幾個(gè)山區(qū)鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn),詳細(xì)了解鄉(xiāng)村教育物質(zhì)條件的改善和精神困窘的凸顯。雖然家長大多有能力支付孩子的閱讀,但是,仍舊無書可讀。究其根源,乃是不知何書為好,不知如何讀書。過去的鄉(xiāng)村扶貧重在物質(zhì)和政策的支持,送書進(jìn)鄉(xiāng)村,一度成為張藝謀電影《一個(gè)不能少》的關(guān)鍵性
