【摘要】："成人教育轉(zhuǎn)型",是近年來成人教育學科研究中一個集中而重要的話題,并由此產(chǎn)生了諸多關(guān)于成人教育存廢與發(fā)展方向的爭論,對成人教育實踐和學科理論發(fā)展產(chǎn)生了深刻的影響。成人教育轉(zhuǎn)型的話題是整個社會轉(zhuǎn)型話題的一部分,它并非成人教育學科弱化磨滅的信號,相反,是成人教育學科真正走向成熟與豐滿的標志,更是成人教育學科建設(shè)與發(fā)展的歷史性契機。如何把握成人教育轉(zhuǎn)型的實踐表現(xiàn)形態(tài),理解不同角度和傾向的轉(zhuǎn)型話語,避免轉(zhuǎn)型話語下學科理解與學科發(fā)展的偏誤,在堅守成人教育學科核心價值的基礎(chǔ)上實現(xiàn)學科發(fā)展的歷史突破并實現(xiàn)本土化的學科體系的創(chuàng)造性構(gòu)建,是轉(zhuǎn)型語境下成人教育學科建設(shè)的關(guān)鍵,也是在我國面臨深刻的社會變化條件下,成人教育能否擔負起自身歷史重任的關(guān)鍵。
[Abstract]:The transformation of adult education is a concentrated and important topic in the research of adult education in recent years, which has led to a lot of arguments about the existence and development direction of adult education. The topic of adult education transformation is a part of the whole social transformation topic, it is not the signal of the weakening of adult education subject, on the contrary. It is the symbol of adult education to become mature and full, and it is also a historic opportunity for the construction and development of adult education. How to grasp the practical manifestation of adult education transformation. To understand the transformational discourse from different angles and tendencies, and to avoid the bias between subject understanding and subject development under the transformational discourse. On the basis of sticking to the core value of adult education discipline, it is the key to realize the historical breakthrough of discipline development and the creative construction of local discipline system in the context of transformation. It is also the key for adult education to shoulder its own historical responsibility under the conditions of profound social changes in our country.
