【摘要】：百年大計,教育為本,教育大計,教師為本。教育是一項"為人"并"為善"的具有道德規(guī)范性的價值取向的社會實踐活動,其根本特征和本質(zhì)精神正是由于有了"教育性"而獲得的"道德性"。教育必須始終保持自身的"教育性"和"道德性",并且,教師在其教育教學的具體實踐中始終堅守"道德性"的本質(zhì)意義的要求,而扮演"道德人"的角色,并因此有了深刻的內(nèi)涵。教師的道德在教育實踐活動中有著根本性的意義和作用,教師必須要加強自身的道德修養(yǎng),并始終貫徹于教育教學的實際活動中。教師道德修養(yǎng)必須以教師的職業(yè)發(fā)展為本,確立其在師德教育中的主體地位,立足于教師在職業(yè)道德修養(yǎng)方面的自我教育意識和能力的提高。
[Abstract]:Education is a social practice activity with the value orientation of moral norms, whose basic characteristics and essential spirit are precisely "morality" acquired by "education". Education must always maintain its own "education" and "morality" and, moreover, teach. Teachers always adhere to the requirements of the essential meaning of "morality" in their educational practice and play the role of "moral man" with profound connotation. Teachers'morality has a fundamental significance and role in educational practice. Teachers must strengthen their own moral cultivation and always implement it in education and teaching. In practical activities, teachers'moral cultivation must be based on their professional development, establish their dominant position in teacher ethics education, and base on the improvement of teachers' self-education consciousness and ability in professional ethics cultivation.
