【摘要】：成人高校中的學(xué)生都是已經(jīng)進入社會的成年人,他們的年齡不同,人生的閱歷也不同,有的可能是企業(yè)的管理者,有的可能是普通的員工,他們雖然各不相同,但都在為社會做著貢獻,他們的所作所為將會影響到其他的人。為了讓這些成人高校的學(xué)生向著健康、正確的方向發(fā)展,有必要對他們進行思想政治教育。本文結(jié)合自身的教育經(jīng)歷,闡述成人高校進行思想政治教育的必要性,并提出一些切實可行的方法,希望對我國的成人教育工作有所幫助。
[Abstract]:The students in adult colleges and universities are all adults who have entered the society. They have different ages and different life experiences. Some of them may be managers of enterprises or some may be ordinary employees. Although they are different, But they are contributing to society, and what they do will affect others. In order to make these adult college students develop in the healthy and correct direction, it is necessary to carry out ideological and political education for them. This paper expounds the necessity of ideological and political education in adult colleges and universities, and puts forward some practical methods, hoping to be helpful to adult education in our country.
