德性論視角下的教育懲戒探究

【摘要】:教育懲戒是教育者在教育教學(xué)過程當(dāng)中,采取恰當(dāng)?shù)膽徒浞绞?對學(xué)生進(jìn)行內(nèi)在品質(zhì)的培養(yǎng),進(jìn)而間接的規(guī)范學(xué)生的外在行為表現(xiàn)。它是教育實(shí)踐當(dāng)中必不可少的存在,是維護(hù)教學(xué)秩序,實(shí)現(xiàn)育人目的的重要手段,它的合理存在性已經(jīng)得到了社會各界的認(rèn)同。但是隨著社會經(jīng)濟(jì)的大力發(fā)展,工具價值被推上了很高的位置,教育懲戒也在實(shí)施的過程中面臨許多問題,例如,教育懲戒方式的異化,這種異化的懲戒方式給學(xué)生帶來的僅僅是身心的痛苦,而沒有從德性的層面去進(jìn)行懲戒教育。教育懲戒實(shí)施當(dāng)中所存在的這些問題,都在一定程度上使得教育懲戒的目的由培養(yǎng)一個全面發(fā)展的人才向培養(yǎng)一個被各種規(guī)章制度規(guī)訓(xùn)的"產(chǎn)品"轉(zhuǎn)變。這種轉(zhuǎn)變忽視了人的主觀能動性和人的內(nèi)在品質(zhì)發(fā)展的需要。因此,本文旨在德性論的視角下對教育懲戒的原則和方式進(jìn)行探究,總結(jié)并修正教育懲戒當(dāng)中所存在的各類問題。本論文在閱讀相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,共分為了五大部分。第一部分是緒論,主要是對研究的背景、目的及意義、研究現(xiàn)狀以及研究方法在閱讀大量相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)的基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行了總結(jié),能夠直觀的對我國的教育懲戒有一個整體的認(rèn)識。第二部分,主要是對德性論、體罰以及教育懲戒等相關(guān)概念進(jìn)行了本質(zhì)的分析,在概念理解準(zhǔn)確的情況下,再進(jìn)行接下來的相關(guān)分析。第三、四部分,主要是對教育懲戒作用發(fā)揮的現(xiàn)狀以及在德性論視角下實(shí)施教育懲戒的必要性進(jìn)行分析。最后一部分內(nèi)容主要探究的是在德性論視角下實(shí)施教育懲戒的原則及德性建構(gòu)?v觀整個文章的構(gòu)思,筆者希望能夠發(fā)揮教育懲戒真正的教育價值,使教育懲戒不僅是強(qiáng)硬的教育手段,更是柔軟的,深入人心的人文關(guān)懷。
[Abstract]:In the process of education and teaching, education discipline is to take appropriate disciplinary methods to cultivate students' internal quality, and then indirectly regulate students' external behavior, which is an indispensable existence in educational practice. It is an important means to maintain teaching order and achieve the goal of educating people. Its reasonable existence has been recognized by all walks of life in society. But with the development of social economy, the value of tools has been pushed to a very high position. Educational discipline is also faced with many problems in the process of implementation, for example, the alienation of educational punishment, which brings only physical and mental pain to students. Instead of carrying out disciplinary education from the level of virtue, these problems exist in the implementation of educational discipline. To a certain extent, the purpose of educational discipline has changed from cultivating a person with all-round development to cultivating a "product" that is disciplined by various rules and regulations, which neglects the subjective initiative and the intrinsic quality of human beings. The need for qualitative development. The purpose of this paper is to explore the principles and methods of educational discipline from the perspective of virtue theory and to summarize and correct all kinds of problems existing in educational discipline. The first part is the introduction, which summarizes the background, purpose and significance of the research, the current research situation and the research methods on the basis of reading a large number of relevant literature. Can intuitively have a whole understanding of our country's educational discipline. The second part is mainly about the essential analysis of the related concepts such as virtue theory, corporal punishment and educational discipline, etc., in the case of accurate understanding of the concept, The third and fourth parts, This paper mainly analyzes the present situation of educational discipline and the necessity of carrying out educational discipline from the perspective of virtue. The last part mainly explores the principles and morality of educational discipline from the perspective of virtue. Sexual construction. Throughout the whole article, The author hopes to give full play to the real educational value of educational discipline, so that educational discipline is not only a tough means of education, but also a soft, deeply popular humanistic concern.
