【摘要】：時代呼喚原創(chuàng)性教育理論。當前教育理論由于存在"拿來主義",未能深入扎根中國教育實踐以及對中國傳統(tǒng)教育不夠重視等問題而導致指導實踐乏力。對國外教育家、民國時期以及建國后有影響的教育家進行考察,可以發(fā)現(xiàn)他們都是基于教育實踐與實驗構建起獨具特色的教育理論,足見實踐之于原創(chuàng)性教育理論生成的重要性。身份的阻隔與工作區(qū)隔、研究者的能力與意愿問題、科研評價導向偏差、中小學學業(yè)評價制度問題是教育理論原創(chuàng)的主要困境。價值取向變革、制度建設、研究者實踐能力的提升是扎根教育實踐創(chuàng)生原創(chuàng)性教育理論的主要路徑。
[Abstract]:The times call for the original educational theory. The failure to take a deep root in Chinese educational practice and the lack of attention to Chinese traditional education led to a lack of guidance practice. The foreign educators, the period of the Republic of China and the influential educators after the founding of the people's Republic of China were investigated. It can be found that they are based on the educational practice and experiment to construct a unique educational theory, which shows the importance of practice in the generation of original educational theory, the barrier of identity and the separation of work. The problems of researchers' ability and willingness, the deviation of scientific research evaluation guidance, and the system of primary and secondary school academic evaluation are the main predicaments of educational theory originality, value orientation reform and system construction. The improvement of researchers' practical ability is the main path of the original educational theory rooted in educational practice.
