近年來(lái),隨著國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)水平的不斷提高,我國(guó)的建筑業(yè)發(fā)展迅速。建筑的規(guī)模越來(lái)越龐大,各方對(duì)工程項(xiàng)目的要求越來(lái)越嚴(yán)格,使得建筑工程項(xiàng)目的管理越來(lái)越復(fù)雜。建筑工程項(xiàng)目管理具有施工人數(shù)眾多、工序繁復(fù)、分散性、移動(dòng)性和一次性等特點(diǎn),對(duì)管理人員的管理水平也提出了相當(dāng)高的要求。工程項(xiàng)目管理主要是質(zhì)量、進(jìn)度、成本的制約。而項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度的制約是該建筑工程項(xiàng)目成功實(shí)施的基礎(chǔ)和必要條件,也是項(xiàng)目管理中重點(diǎn)和難點(diǎn)。工程項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度制約是指在既定的工期內(nèi),編制出最優(yōu)的施工進(jìn)度計(jì)劃,在執(zhí)行該計(jì)劃的施工過(guò)程中,經(jīng)常檢查施工實(shí)際進(jìn)度情況,并將其與計(jì)劃進(jìn)度相比較,淺析淺析偏差產(chǎn)生的理由和對(duì)工程總工期的影響程度,制定必要的調(diào)整措施,修改原定的計(jì)劃安排。工程進(jìn)度的目標(biāo)能否順利實(shí)現(xiàn),不僅體現(xiàn)了施工單位項(xiàng)目管理水平的高低,對(duì)工程項(xiàng)目的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益也有很大影響。所以建筑工程項(xiàng)目的進(jìn)度優(yōu)化管理研究,對(duì)于企業(yè)的發(fā)展、行業(yè)水平的提高以及國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)效益的提高都有著重要的意 義。工程項(xiàng)目的進(jìn)度優(yōu)化過(guò)程就是對(duì)工程進(jìn)度計(jì)劃進(jìn)行檢查與調(diào)整的過(guò)程。本文從工程項(xiàng)目管理的基本理論出發(fā),論述施工進(jìn)度管理的特點(diǎn)、原則、內(nèi)容以及相關(guān)的理論和淺析淺析策略。通過(guò)工程項(xiàng)目管理軟件Office Project 2007對(duì)工程項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行優(yōu)化管理,項(xiàng)目管理軟件能為進(jìn)度安排工作提供廣泛的支持,而且一般是自動(dòng)化的。論文結(jié)合香堤漫步工程案例,淺析淺析影響項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度的因素,找出優(yōu)化工程進(jìn)度的合理措施,從多個(gè)方面對(duì)該工程進(jìn)度進(jìn)行合理的優(yōu)化。在規(guī)定的工期內(nèi),編制一套最優(yōu)的施工進(jìn)度計(jì)劃,并與實(shí)際進(jìn)度進(jìn)行比較,找出偏差及產(chǎn)生理由,做出合理淺析淺析,做出相應(yīng)的調(diào)整。最終實(shí)現(xiàn)工程項(xiàng)目預(yù)期目標(biāo),提高工程項(xiàng)目管理水平。

People in the engineering project requirements increasingly strict.Accordingly, the construction project management and more and more complex.Construction project management characteristic construction numerous,process heavy and complicated,dispersion, mobility and one-time etc.Management personnel management level also presents fairly high demand.Project management is mainly quality,schedule, cost control.However the project schedule control is the successful implementation of the construction project and the basis and necessary conditions.Project schedule control refers to the established duration,prepare the optimal construction schedule,the implementation of this plan construction process,often check construction,and actual progress will be compared with the schedule,analyzes the causes and errors of engineering the influence degree of the total duration,make necessary adjustment measures,modify the planned arrangements.Engineering progress goal achieving,not only embodies the construction units project management level, the economic benefit of project also has very big effect. So building project schedule for optimal management research, enterprise development, industry and national economy to raise the level of efficiency is of great significance.The progress of the project to project progress optimization process is check and adjustment of planning process. This article from the project management of the basic theory Discusses the construction schedule management characteristics, principles, contents and related theory and analysis method.Through the project management software Office Project 2007 to optimize project management. Project management software can work schedules, and offers a broad range of support the general is the automation. The thesis combines "sweet dike stroll" project cases, analyzes the influential factors of project schedule, find out the reasonable measures to optimize project progress from several respects, the project’s progress to the optimization of reasonable. In the provision of duration, prepare a set of optimal construction schedule, and with the actual schedule comparison to find out deviation and causes and make reasonable analysis, to adjust accordingly. Finally realize project anticipated target, improve project management level.
