【摘要】：在人類(lèi)社會(huì)的不斷發(fā)展中,人類(lèi)文明進(jìn)一步發(fā)展,人類(lèi)經(jīng)歷了原始時(shí)代和工業(yè)時(shí)代以及電氣時(shí)代,進(jìn)而逐漸向現(xiàn)代化的文明時(shí)代邁進(jìn)。在現(xiàn)代化的生態(tài)文明的影響下,在村鎮(zhèn)的規(guī)劃和村鎮(zhèn)建設(shè)方面的工作,也要做到與時(shí)俱進(jìn),開(kāi)展生態(tài)文明階段的村鎮(zhèn)規(guī)劃以及建設(shè)。十二五計(jì)劃提出,加強(qiáng)對(duì)城鄉(xiāng)一體化的建設(shè),政府逐漸加強(qiáng)了對(duì)小康社會(huì)建設(shè)的力度力度,對(duì)村鎮(zhèn)的建設(shè)是實(shí)現(xiàn)小康社會(huì)的重要環(huán)節(jié),因此,要不斷加強(qiáng)對(duì)村鎮(zhèn)建設(shè)中的建筑的關(guān)注力度。本文將對(duì)生態(tài)文明時(shí)代的村鎮(zhèn)規(guī)劃與建設(shè)作一分析,希望有助于生態(tài)文明背景下,村鎮(zhèn)建設(shè)的不斷發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:In the continuous development of human society, human civilization has further developed, human beings have experienced the primitive era, industrial era and electrical age, and then gradually advanced to the modern civilization era. Under the influence of modern ecological civilization, the planning of villages and towns and the construction of villages and towns should also keep pace with the times and carry out the planning and construction of villages and towns in the stage of ecological civilization. The 12th five-year Plan puts forward that to strengthen the construction of urban-rural integration, the government has gradually strengthened the construction of a well-off society, and the construction of villages and towns is an important link to realize a well-off society. Therefore, it is necessary to pay more attention to the construction of villages and towns. This paper will make an analysis of the planning and construction of villages and towns in the era of ecological civilization, hoping to contribute to the continuous development of village and town construction under the background of ecological civilization.
