摻入混雜纖維對混凝土墩柱耐海水腐蝕性能影響

【摘要】:海工環(huán)境下鋼筋混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)容易遭受氯離子腐蝕而導(dǎo)致結(jié)構(gòu)過早損壞。在地震荷載和腐蝕的雙重作用下,鋼筋和混凝土橋墩的耐久性、安全性受到嚴(yán)重危害。在混凝土中摻入纖維,提高海水腐蝕環(huán)境下構(gòu)件的使用壽命已成為目前研究的熱點。本文采用高強、高彈模、親水性能好的PVA纖維和鋼纖維進行混雜,研究PVA-鋼混雜纖維混凝土(PSFRC)橋墩在海水腐蝕環(huán)境下的抗震性能,主要作了以下工作:(1)首先,對比研究了PSFRC的工作性能、立方體抗壓強度和抗劈拉強度。探討了海水腐蝕前后PVA-鋼混雜纖維對混凝土基本力學(xué)性能的影響,從PSFRC壓、拉力學(xué)性能角度,分析PVA-鋼混雜纖維在海工環(huán)境下對橋梁墩柱的可能影響。(2)其次,對PSFRC梁進行了彎曲韌性試驗。研究摻入PVA-鋼混雜纖維后在海水腐蝕環(huán)境下對混凝土彎曲韌性的影響。從PVA-鋼混雜纖維在腐蝕環(huán)境下增強混凝土韌性和延性方面,分析PVA-鋼混雜纖維在海工環(huán)境下對橋墩抗承載力、變形和耗能能力的影響。(3)最后,在力學(xué)試驗的基礎(chǔ)上,通過ABAQUS有限元軟件,對PSFRC墩柱進行反復(fù)荷載作用下滯回特性、剛度退化、骨架曲線和耗能能力等相關(guān)方面進行對比分析,探討了海水腐蝕環(huán)境下PVA-鋼混雜纖維對混凝土橋梁墩柱抗震性能的影響。在海工環(huán)境下,為PVA-鋼混雜纖維在橋梁墩柱的使用上提供可靠的依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Reinforced concrete structures are vulnerable to chloride corrosion and lead to premature damage in marine environment. Under the dual action of seismic load and corrosion, the durability and safety of steel and concrete piers are seriously endangered. Adding fiber into concrete to improve the service life of members in seawater corrosion environment has become a hot research topic at present. In this paper, PVA fiber and steel fiber with high strength, high elastic mold and good hydrophilicity are used to study the seismic performance of PVA- steel hybrid fiber reinforced concrete (PSFRC) pier in seawater corrosion environment. The main work is as follows: (1) first of all, The working properties, cube compressive strength and split tensile strength of PSFRC were compared and studied. The effect of PVA- steel hybrid fiber on the basic mechanical properties of concrete before and after seawater corrosion is discussed. From the point of view of PSFRC compression and tensile properties, the possible influence of PVA- steel hybrid fiber on bridge pier column in marine environment is analyzed. (2) secondly, The bending toughness of PSFRC beam was tested. The effect of PVA- steel hybrid fiber on the bending toughness of concrete in seawater corrosion environment was studied. The influence of PVA- steel hybrid fiber on the bearing capacity, deformation and energy dissipation capacity of bridge pier in marine environment is analyzed from the aspect of toughness and toughness of concrete strengthened by PVA- steel hybrid fiber in corrosion environment. (3) finally, on the basis of mechanical test, Through ABAQUS finite element software, the hysteretic characteristics, stiffness degradation, skeleton curve and energy dissipation capacity of PSFRC pier columns under cyclic loading are compared and analyzed. The effect of PVA- steel hybrid fiber on seismic performance of concrete bridge piers under seawater corrosion is discussed. In marine environment, it provides a reliable basis for the use of PVA- steel hybrid fiber in bridge pier columns.
