【摘要】：現(xiàn)代異形建筑產(chǎn)品越來越常見,其中弧形等不規(guī)則管道的加工敷設(shè)一直是機(jī)電安裝專業(yè)的重點(diǎn)和難點(diǎn)。目前常用的施工方法有斜口焊接法、機(jī)械折彎法等,方法雖然較多,但都存在成本高、耗能大、質(zhì)量差,操作復(fù)雜等問題。本技術(shù)取代傳統(tǒng)做法,利用千斤頂、工字鋼等簡易工具頂制弧形管道。節(jié)能、環(huán)保,填補(bǔ)領(lǐng)域空白。
[Abstract]:Modern special-shaped building products are becoming more and more common, in which the machining and laying of irregular pipes such as arc has always been the focus and difficulty of mechanical and electrical installation. At present, the commonly used construction methods are oblique welding method, mechanical bending method and so on. Although there are many methods, there are many problems, such as high cost, high energy consumption, poor quality, complex operation and so on. This technology replaces the traditional method, uses Jack, I-steel and other simple tools to top the arc pipe. Energy saving, environmental protection, fill in the field blank.
