【摘要】：文章通過對創(chuàng)新理論的研究與梳理,認為創(chuàng)新空間理論的研究目前在國內(nèi)外還處于萌芽狀態(tài)。作者結合國內(nèi)外城市創(chuàng)新空間案例,總結出當前的創(chuàng)新空間主要存在校區(qū)主導、園區(qū)主導和校區(qū)園區(qū)雙主導三種創(chuàng)新空間模式,并從"校區(qū)、園區(qū)、社區(qū)"三區(qū)融合的角度提出了創(chuàng)新空間發(fā)展的理論模型,認為校區(qū)、園區(qū)和社區(qū)是城市創(chuàng)新的主要空間載體,三區(qū)融合是推動城市創(chuàng)新的關鍵發(fā)展動力。在此基礎上,總結出三種典型的創(chuàng)新空間模式:圈層發(fā)展模式、園區(qū)社區(qū)化發(fā)展模式與融合發(fā)展模式。
[Abstract]:Through the research and carding of innovation theory, this paper holds that the research of innovation space theory is still in its infancy at home and abroad. Combining with the case of urban innovation space at home and abroad, the author concludes that there are three kinds of innovation space modes: campus-dominated, campus-dominated and campus-oriented dual-dominant in the current innovation space, and from "campus, park," The paper puts forward the theoretical model of the innovation space development from the angle of the integration of the three districts of the community, and thinks that the campus, the park and the community are the main spatial carriers of the urban innovation, and the integration of the three districts is the key driving force to promote the innovation of the city. On this basis, three typical innovation space models are summarized: circle development model, zone community development model and integration development model.
