混凝土輸送泵車耐磨環(huán)質量改進研究

【摘要】:21世紀以來,我國加大了隧道橋梁、水利工程和公路等基礎設施建設的力度,投資金額更是逐年大幅度增加。加之,近年大量流動人口向城市聚集,高層建筑物得到了極大的發(fā)展,致使工程機械也進入了迅猛發(fā)展時期;炷凛斔捅密囀菓梅浅V泛的工程機械之一,它能加速施工,使工人的勞動強度大大降低,還具備粉塵少、污染小、噪音低和占地小等優(yōu)點。但是,泵車也有其弊端,平均每連續(xù)泵送7天就需要更換泵車的耐磨構件,費時費力。耐磨環(huán)作為泵車的重要耐磨構件之一,需要在眼鏡板上不斷地換向滑動以完成混凝土的連續(xù)輸送,每分鐘換向數百次,換向速率高達0.2 m/s,致使接觸面經常出現(xiàn)嚴重磨損,造成密封不嚴。不只單單降低混凝土澆注質量,甚至會造成混凝土泵車的停用。因此,如何避免頻繁更換耐磨環(huán),提高耐磨環(huán)的質量是一個急需解決的問題。本文針對混凝土輸送泵車的耐磨環(huán)生產工序開展研究工作,旨在提高耐磨環(huán)的耐磨性和使用壽命等。首先,闡述本研究的概況、重要性和必要性。對本研究中所采用的質量改進的相關理論知識進行介紹。其次,對耐磨環(huán)的生產工藝進行一系列的數據采集和整理工作,結合Minitab軟件,找到影響耐磨環(huán)質量的關鍵工序。再針對影響耐磨環(huán)質量的關鍵工序,運用控制圖和過程能力分析等方法進行深入分析,找出關鍵工序中影響耐磨環(huán)質量的主要因素。然后,針對影響耐磨環(huán)質量的主要因素的特點,運用正交實驗設計和過程能力提升等方法,對耐磨環(huán)現(xiàn)存的質量問題進行改善,提出方案。最后,用Topsis評價法對改善方案進行評價,判定改善方案可行與否,確保提高耐磨環(huán)的質量。對本文的主要研究概況進行總結,從而為后續(xù)A公司耐磨環(huán)的生產提供科學、客觀的方案。
[Abstract]:Since the 21st century, our country has increased the strength of tunnel bridge, water conservancy project and highway infrastructure construction, and the investment amount has increased greatly year by year. In addition, in recent years, a large number of floating population to the city, high-rise buildings have been greatly developed, resulting in the construction machinery has also entered a period of rapid development. The concrete conveying pump truck is one of the construction machinery which is widely used. It can accelerate the construction, greatly reduce the labor intensity of the workers, and has the advantages of less dust, less pollution, low noise and small occupation. However, the pump truck also has its drawbacks, the average pump every 7 days need to replace the wear-resistant components of the pump truck, time-consuming and laborious. As one of the important wear-resisting components of the pump truck, wear-resistant ring needs to slide continuously on the glasses plate to complete the continuous transportation of concrete, with a speed of up to 0.2 m / s per minute, hundreds of times a minute, and the wear-resistant ring is one of the important wear-resistant components of the pump truck. It often results in severe wear and tear on the contact surface, resulting in poor sealing. Not only will the quality of concrete pouring be reduced, but even the concrete pump truck will be stopped. Therefore, how to avoid frequent replacement of wear-resistant rings and improve the quality of wear-resistant rings is an urgent problem to be solved. In this paper, the production process of wear-resistant ring of concrete conveying pump car is studied in order to improve the wear-resistance and service life of wear-resistant ring. First of all, explain the general situation, importance and necessity of this study. The theoretical knowledge of quality improvement used in this study is introduced. Secondly, a series of data collection and arrangement work are carried out on the production process of wear-resistant ring, and the key process affecting the quality of wear-resisting ring is found by combining with Minitab software. In view of the key process affecting the quality of wear-resisting ring, the control chart and process capability analysis are used to carry on the in-depth analysis, and the main factors affecting the quality of wear-resisting ring in the key process are found out. Then, according to the characteristics of the main factors affecting the quality of the wear-resistant ring, the existing quality problems of the wear-resisting ring are improved by means of orthogonal experiment design and improvement of the process capability, and the scheme is put forward. Finally, the Topsis evaluation method is used to evaluate the improvement scheme, to determine whether the improvement scheme is feasible or not, and to ensure the improvement of the quality of the wear-resistant ring. The main research situation of this paper is summarized, so as to provide a scientific and objective scheme for the production of wear-resistant ring in follow-up A Company.
