【摘要】：當(dāng)前,軌道規(guī)劃建設(shè)已不能單純局限于線(xiàn)路或單一站點(diǎn)本身,而應(yīng)將其作為城市空間及功能結(jié)構(gòu)的重要組成部分加以考慮。基于此,文章提出應(yīng)構(gòu)建契合城市發(fā)展走廊的軌道線(xiàn)路功能帶,作為城市功能優(yōu)化布局的有效空間載體,應(yīng)從觀(guān)念更新、空間整合和用地協(xié)同三方面強(qiáng)化"建軌道即建城市"的規(guī)劃理念,并結(jié)合廈門(mén)市軌道交通1號(hào)線(xiàn)的實(shí)踐探討了軌道線(xiàn)路與城市發(fā)展走廊的適應(yīng)性。
[Abstract]:At present, track planning and construction can not only be limited to lines or single stations themselves, but should be considered as an important part of urban space and functional structure. Based on this, this paper puts forward that we should construct the functional belt of rail line which fits the urban development corridor, as an effective space carrier for optimizing the layout of urban function, we should renew the concept from the point of view. Space integration and land use coordination strengthen the planning concept of "build a city as a track", and discuss the adaptability between the track line and the urban development corridor in the light of the practice of Xiamen rail transit line 1.
