【摘要】：經對某新建地表水廠的自控系統(tǒng)設計方案和水廠的工藝流程進行分析,確定在水廠采用集散自動控制系統(tǒng)。水廠的自動控制系統(tǒng)主要負責采集和顯示現(xiàn)場儀表、水泵、閥門、攪拌器等的運行參數(shù)及狀態(tài),通過監(jiān)控中心的操作站手動操作、PLC自動控制對現(xiàn)場設備進行自動控制,并能自動存儲工藝數(shù)據(jù)和打印報表。該自控系統(tǒng)可保證水廠的安全高效運行。
[Abstract]:Based on the analysis of the design scheme of the automatic control system of a new surface water plant and the technological process of the water plant, the distributed automatic control system is adopted in the water plant. The automatic control system of the water plant is mainly responsible for collecting and displaying the operating parameters and conditions of the field instruments, pumps, valves, agitators, etc. Through the manual operation of the operation station in the monitoring center, the PLC automatic control automatically controls the field equipment. And can automatically store process data and print reports. The automatic control system can ensure the safe and efficient operation of the water plant.
