【摘要】：近年來隨著國內(nèi)宏觀經(jīng)濟的轉(zhuǎn)變,很多產(chǎn)業(yè)投資由城市房產(chǎn)轉(zhuǎn)向城市周邊旅游地產(chǎn)。而隨著最初的設(shè)計定位不明確和后期的經(jīng)營管理不完善,很多旅游地產(chǎn)項目最終走向了陌路,并讓當(dāng)?shù)刈匀画h(huán)境付出了高昂的代價,成為旅游度假者的“雞肋”。2014中國生態(tài)旅游發(fā)展高峰論壇年會的召開給了地產(chǎn)行業(yè)以及設(shè)計師更多的思考空間。未來開發(fā)中國生態(tài)旅游的中心點在于集群化,開發(fā)的旅游產(chǎn)品需要地域化,服務(wù)游客的水平需要國際化,交通線路的體系需要便捷化,景區(qū)周邊環(huán)境需要品質(zhì)化、常態(tài)化。尤其地理信息系統(tǒng)的應(yīng)用,是提高生態(tài)地區(qū)基本開發(fā)強度與地址構(gòu)造精度的有效手段。本選題目的是對可持續(xù)的生態(tài)旅游地產(chǎn)提出了新的觀點和指導(dǎo)性意見。并對具有內(nèi)蒙近華北區(qū)域具有民族特色的旅游地產(chǎn)建設(shè)項目提出了更多的可能性的操作空間。研究的背景是基于多年來國內(nèi)學(xué)者并未對內(nèi)蒙地區(qū)的旅游規(guī)劃作出更加具體深入的研究與探索,導(dǎo)致生態(tài)與經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的不平衡,就以往規(guī)劃上對生態(tài)的維護在欠缺上予以補足,從源頭進行合理把控。如何避免草原生態(tài)在建設(shè)中出現(xiàn)不平衡和避免草原生態(tài)環(huán)境出現(xiàn)破壞是研究中主要提出的問題。研究的目的是希望在內(nèi)蒙地區(qū)規(guī)劃建設(shè)出更符合當(dāng)?shù)匚幕尘�、更適宜當(dāng)?shù)貧夂蚣吧鷳B(tài)環(huán)境的旅游風(fēng)景度假區(qū)。在論述的過程中使用了遵循保護與建設(shè)相結(jié)合、注重鄉(xiāng)土植被的應(yīng)用、遵從項目地理的生態(tài)環(huán)境特征等簡單使用的方法理論。所涉及的內(nèi)容包括度假村自然生態(tài)群落、歷史建筑的衍生、內(nèi)蒙古建筑的啟示及運用、生態(tài)建筑建筑仿生學(xué)以及紅山御馬灣養(yǎng)生度假村為例的規(guī)劃功能結(jié)構(gòu)分析等。最終得出了適合內(nèi)蒙近華北地區(qū)的生態(tài)度假規(guī)劃實例,以及需要在未來項目實施中需要兼顧的規(guī)劃生態(tài)理念。如何實現(xiàn)美麗生態(tài)化身美麗經(jīng)濟,保護生態(tài)是最基本的底線。文中所選項目位于內(nèi)蒙古自治區(qū)赤峰市克什克騰旗(世界地質(zhì)公園)西南部的紅山軍馬場旁煙子窯村象群山南側(cè)低洼地塊,紅山御馬灣生態(tài)度假村�？茖W(xué)合理的開發(fā),才能讓生態(tài)之美變成經(jīng)濟之能,才能讓經(jīng)濟之能鑄成生態(tài)之美的核心動力。做出了適合內(nèi)蒙的生態(tài)旅游規(guī)劃范例。經(jīng)過數(shù)次各地調(diào)研及實地勘測與反復(fù)規(guī)劃和建筑方案修改,把吃、住、行、游、購、娛動態(tài)流線與靜態(tài)建筑放置在項目體系中,最終形成品山水之美,享人文之樂的內(nèi)蒙風(fēng)情的生態(tài)度假區(qū)規(guī)劃體系。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the change of domestic macro-economy, many industrial investment from urban real estate to tourism real estate around the city. As the initial design position is not clear and the later management is not perfect, many tourism real estate projects have finally become strangers, and the local natural environment has paid a high price. The annual meeting of the 2014 China Eco-tourism Development Summit Forum has given the real estate industry and designers more room to think. The central point of developing China's ecotourism in the future lies in the agglomeration, the development of tourism products needs to be regional, the level of service to tourists needs to be internationalized, the system of transportation lines needs to be simplified, and the surrounding environment of scenic spots needs to be of quality and normality. In particular, the application of GIS is an effective means to improve the basic development intensity and address construction accuracy in ecological areas. The purpose of this paper is to put forward new ideas and guidance to sustainable eco-tourism real estate. And put forward more possible operation space for tourism real estate construction project with national characteristics in Inner Mongolia near North China. The background of the study is that domestic scholars have not made more specific and in-depth research and exploration on tourism planning in Inner Mongolia for many years, which leads to the imbalance between ecological and economic development, and makes up for the lack of ecological maintenance in the past planning. Reasonable control from the source. How to avoid the imbalance in the construction of grassland ecology and avoid the destruction of grassland ecological environment are the main problems raised in the study. The purpose of the study is to plan and build a tourist resort in Inner Mongolia which is more suitable for local culture and local climate and ecological environment. In the process of discussion, the simple method theory of following protection and construction, paying attention to the application of native vegetation and complying with the ecological and environmental characteristics of project geography is used. The contents involved include the natural ecological community of the resort, the derivation of historical buildings, the inspiration and application of Inner Mongolia architecture, the bionics of ecological architecture and the analysis of the planning function structure of Hongshan Yuma Bay Health Resort as an example. Finally, an example of ecological vacation planning suitable for Inner Mongolia near North China is obtained, as well as the planning ecological concept that needs to be taken into account in the implementation of future projects. How to realize the beautiful ecology incarnates the beautiful economy, the protection ecology is the most basic bottom line. The selected project is located in the southwest of Keshiketeng Banner (World Geopark) southwest of Chifeng City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous region. Only through scientific and reasonable development can the beauty of ecology become the energy of economy and the core motive force of beauty of ecology. Made suitable for Inner Mongolia eco-tourism planning model. After a number of local investigations and site surveys and repeated planning and architectural modifications, food, shelter, travel, shopping, entertainment and dynamic streamlines and static buildings were placed in the project system, resulting in the beauty of the landscape. Enjoy the humanities of the Inner Mongolian style of ecological resort planning system.
