【摘要】：既有建筑受當(dāng)時(shí)設(shè)計(jì)方法和建筑技術(shù)的限制,其節(jié)能性無法達(dá)到現(xiàn)代建筑的要求,從而對(duì)環(huán)境造成較大的影響.本文試以增城一小型既有博物館為例,運(yùn)用綠色建筑分析軟件Ecotect對(duì)建筑熱環(huán)境和光環(huán)境進(jìn)行優(yōu)化模擬對(duì)比和分析.研究結(jié)果表明,采用自然通風(fēng)、遮陽(yáng)隔熱等被動(dòng)式設(shè)計(jì)后的建筑熱環(huán)境和光環(huán)境較原始建筑有明顯改善,這為嶺南地區(qū)既有建筑的節(jié)能優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)提供理論參考.
[Abstract]:The existing buildings are limited by the design method and the building technology at that time, so their energy efficiency can not meet the requirements of modern architecture, which has a great impact on the environment. Taking a small museum in Zengcheng as an example, this paper uses the green building analysis software Ecotect to simulate and analyze the thermal environment and the light environment of the building. The results show that the thermal environment and light environment of the buildings with passive design, such as natural ventilation, sun shading and heat insulation, are obviously improved compared with the original buildings, which provides a theoretical reference for the energy saving optimization design of the existing buildings in Lingnan area.
