【摘要】：工業(yè)化住宅作為我國住宅產(chǎn)業(yè)未來的發(fā)展方向,不僅對解決民生問題有著重大的意義,還會對我國住宅產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型起著關(guān)鍵作用。珠三角地區(qū)作為我國三大經(jīng)濟圈之一,其工業(yè)化住宅的建設(shè)探索也一直走在全國前列,在新時期如何推進珠三角地區(qū)工業(yè)化住宅快速發(fā)展值得我們思考。本文通過對國內(nèi)外工業(yè)化住宅的發(fā)展歷程以及相關(guān)理論的研究,總結(jié)其經(jīng)驗與教訓(xùn),用于我國住宅工業(yè)化的發(fā)展。通過對珠三角地區(qū)的住宅工業(yè)化現(xiàn)狀進行調(diào)研,針對典型實例進行分析解讀,得出目前珠三角地區(qū)住宅工業(yè)化發(fā)展情況,在此基礎(chǔ)上,再結(jié)合珠三角地區(qū)氣候環(huán)境特征與建筑適應(yīng)性要求,提出適合珠三角地區(qū)的住宅工業(yè)化設(shè)計策略。本文針對珠三角地區(qū)住宅工業(yè)化設(shè)計內(nèi)容,從五個章節(jié)進行論述:第一章是緒論。對本文的研究背景、國內(nèi)外理論研究現(xiàn)狀、研究對象及范圍、研究目的與方法等進行了介紹,為整個研究打下基調(diào);第二章是住宅工業(yè)化發(fā)展與相關(guān)理論研究。首先理清建筑工業(yè)化與產(chǎn)業(yè)化的關(guān)系,然后梳理國內(nèi)外住宅工業(yè)化的發(fā)展歷程,研究國內(nèi)外住宅工業(yè)化發(fā)展情況,吸取經(jīng)驗與教訓(xùn),從中得出對我國住宅工業(yè)化的一些啟示。最后研究分析住宅工業(yè)化相關(guān)理論,包括開放住宅理論,專用體系與通用體系以及工業(yè)化住宅工法體系,為接下來設(shè)計策略的提出奠定基礎(chǔ);第三章是珠三角地區(qū)住宅工業(yè)化現(xiàn)狀調(diào)研。先對珠三角地區(qū)住宅工業(yè)化發(fā)展概況進行梳理,再通過實地調(diào)研,分析珠三角地區(qū)住宅工業(yè)化發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,總結(jié)其優(yōu)點與不足,為接下來設(shè)計策略的提出提供依據(jù);第四章是珠三角地區(qū)工業(yè)化住宅適應(yīng)性分析。本章分析了珠三角地區(qū)的氣候特點和建筑適應(yīng)性要求。由于建造方式的差異,傳統(tǒng)住宅與工業(yè)化住宅在適應(yīng)性策略方面各有不同,根據(jù)珠三角氣候特征分別從群體布局、建筑體型、建筑空間以及建筑界面幾個方面對兩種住宅模式進行分析與對比,為接下來的住宅工業(yè)化策略的提出打下基礎(chǔ);第五章是珠三角地區(qū)住宅工業(yè)化設(shè)計策略的提出。根據(jù)前四章的分析與研究,從設(shè)計原則,結(jié)構(gòu)選型與材料應(yīng)用,平面設(shè)計,立面多樣化設(shè)計,工業(yè)化裝修以及全生命周期管理等方面闡述了珠三角地區(qū)住宅工業(yè)化設(shè)計的相關(guān)策略。最后是結(jié)語,對本論文研究進行總結(jié),得出主要結(jié)論,指出論文研究不足之處,并對珠三角地區(qū)住宅工業(yè)化未來的發(fā)展進行展望。住宅工業(yè)化作為我國接下來的發(fā)展重點,珠三角地區(qū)作為全國領(lǐng)先的城市發(fā)展圈之一,快速推動工業(yè)化住宅集約化、低碳化、地域特色化建設(shè)顯得十分必要和急迫。
[Abstract]:As the future development direction of our country's housing industry, industrialized housing not only has great significance to solve the problems of people's livelihood, but also plays a key role in the transformation of our country's housing industry. As one of the three economic circles in our country, the construction and exploration of the industrialized housing in the Pearl River Delta region has always been in the forefront of the whole country. How to promote the rapid development of the industrialized housing in the Pearl River Delta region in the new period is worth our consideration. This paper summarizes the experiences and lessons of the development of industrialized housing at home and abroad and the relevant theories, and applies it to the development of housing industrialization in China. By investigating the present situation of housing industrialization in the Pearl River Delta region and analyzing the typical examples, the paper draws a conclusion that the housing industrialization in the Pearl River Delta region is developing at present. Combined with the climatic and environmental characteristics of the Pearl River Delta region and the requirements of building adaptability, this paper puts forward the design strategy of housing industrialization suitable for the Pearl River Delta region. This paper discusses the design content of housing industrialization in Pearl River Delta region from five chapters: the first chapter is the introduction. The background of this paper, the current situation of theoretical research at home and abroad, the research object and scope, the purpose and method of the research were introduced, which set the tone for the whole study. The second chapter is the development of housing industrialization and related theoretical research. This paper first clarifies the relationship between architectural industrialization and industrialization, then combs the development course of housing industrialization at home and abroad, studies the development of housing industrialization at home and abroad, draws experience and lessons, and draws some enlightenment to China's housing industrialization. Finally, this paper studies and analyzes the related theories of housing industrialization, including open housing theory, special system and general system, and industrial housing industry method system, which lays the foundation for the next design strategy. The third chapter is the current situation of housing industrialization in the Pearl River Delta. Firstly, it combs the general situation of housing industrialization in the Pearl River Delta region, then through the field investigation, analyzes the present situation of the housing industrialization development in the Pearl River Delta region, summarizes its advantages and disadvantages, and provides the basis for the next design strategy. The fourth chapter is the adaptability analysis of industrialized housing in the Pearl River Delta region. This chapter analyzes the climate characteristics and architectural adaptability requirements in the Pearl River Delta region. Because of the difference of construction methods, the adaptability strategies of traditional housing and industrial residence are different. According to the climatic characteristics of Pearl River Delta, they are divided into group layout, building type, This paper analyzes and compares the two kinds of housing models from the aspects of architectural space and architectural interface, which lays a foundation for the following housing industrialization strategy. The fifth chapter is the development of housing industrialization design strategy in the Pearl River Delta region. According to the analysis and research of the first four chapters, from the design principle, the structure selection and the material application, the plane design, the facade diversification design, Industrialization decoration and whole life cycle management and so on elaborated the Pearl River Delta area housing industrialization design related strategy. The last part is the conclusion, which summarizes the research, draws the main conclusions, points out the deficiencies of the research, and looks forward to the future development of housing industrialization in the Pearl River Delta region. Housing industrialization as the next focus of development in China, the Pearl River Delta region as one of the leading urban development circle, the rapid promotion of industrial housing intensive, low-carbon, regional characteristics of the construction is very necessary and urgent.
