低溫對(duì)水泥砂漿硫酸鹽侵蝕速率的影響試驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:對(duì)于低溫環(huán)境下普通硅酸鹽、抗硫酸鹽水泥砂漿試件的硫酸鹽侵蝕情況進(jìn)行了試驗(yàn)研究,建立了兩階段侵蝕破壞模型來反應(yīng)溫度對(duì)硫酸鹽侵蝕速率的影響。通過將不同水泥品種不同水灰比試件浸泡在5℃、10℃、20℃環(huán)境下3%硫酸鈉溶液中,以抗折強(qiáng)度為評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)分析不同溫度下硫酸鹽侵蝕速率。結(jié)果表明:普通硅酸鹽水泥、抗硫酸鹽水泥砂漿試件隨著溫度的降低,受到的硫酸鹽侵蝕逐漸加劇?拐蹚(qiáng)度降低速率隨著溫度的降低而加快,同時(shí)降低水灰比可以提高水泥砂漿抗硫酸鹽侵蝕能力。
