除濕換熱器系統(tǒng)冬季采暖加濕性能研究

【摘要】:本文在上海典型冬季工況下,測試了太陽能驅(qū)動的除濕換熱器系統(tǒng)的采暖加濕性能。同時針對再生熱水溫度、再生熱水流量和再生風(fēng)量等三個影響再生過程的重要因素進行了實驗研究。結(jié)果表明,除濕換熱器系統(tǒng)在冬季工況下可以有效實現(xiàn)采暖加濕,并在熱水溫度為40℃,流量為0.4 kg/s,再生風(fēng)量為400 m~3/h的工況下達到最佳送風(fēng)狀態(tài)。此時送風(fēng)含濕量為5.15kg/s,系統(tǒng)熱力學(xué)性能系數(shù)(COP_(th))達到1.78。同時,針對冬季環(huán)境含濕量的變化提出了不同的風(fēng)量控制策略,實現(xiàn)送風(fēng)溫濕度和系統(tǒng)性能的最優(yōu)化。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the heating and humidification performance of the solar energy driven dehumidifying heat exchanger system is tested under typical winter conditions in Shanghai. At the same time, three important factors affecting the regeneration process, such as the temperature of regenerated hot water, the flow rate of regenerated hot water and the regenerated air volume, are studied experimentally. The results show that the dehumidifying heat exchanger system can effectively realize heating and humidification under the winter conditions, and the optimal supply condition can be achieved under the condition of 40 鈩,
