【摘要】：公共服務(wù)設(shè)施配置是住區(qū)規(guī)劃建設(shè)的重要內(nèi)容之一。近年來,隨著旅游休閑逐漸成為大眾生活的常態(tài),第二居所逐漸成為居民生活的重要場(chǎng)所之一,同時(shí)第二居所住區(qū)的公共服務(wù)設(shè)施配套供應(yīng)模式與居民實(shí)際需求之間的矛盾也日益凸顯。文章以山東省煙臺(tái)市龍口濱海住區(qū)為研究對(duì)象,在實(shí)地訪談和調(diào)研問卷的基礎(chǔ)上,從居民需求視角出發(fā),對(duì)存在的主要公共服務(wù)設(shè)施配置問題進(jìn)行解析,充分考慮第二居所住區(qū)內(nèi)居民的特征和需求,以滿足共性需求與個(gè)性需求、剛性需求與彈性需求為前提,對(duì)公共服務(wù)設(shè)施配置提出優(yōu)化與提升策略。
[Abstract]:The allocation of public service facilities is one of the important contents of residential district planning and construction. In recent years, as tourism and leisure have gradually become the norm of popular life, the second residence has gradually become one of the most important places for residents to live. At the same time, the contradiction between the supply mode of public service facilities and the residents' actual demand in the second residence residential area is becoming increasingly prominent. Taking Longkou coastal residential district of Yantai City, Shandong Province as the research object, based on field interviews and questionnaire, this paper analyzes the main public service facilities allocation problems from the perspective of residents' needs. The characteristics and needs of the residents in the second residence area are fully considered, and the optimization and upgrading strategy of the public service facilities is put forward on the premise of satisfying the common and individual needs, the rigid demand and the elastic demand.
