【摘要】：為控制室內(nèi)游泳池水和空氣中三氯甲烷的產(chǎn)生,采用單因素試驗(yàn)分析p H值、溫度和攪動(dòng)速率等因素對(duì)三氯甲烷濃度的影響;并以淡水枝角水蚤和赤子愛(ài)勝蚓作為受試生物進(jìn)行生物毒性試驗(yàn),探討了兩種生物對(duì)室內(nèi)游泳池水和空氣中三氯甲烷的指示作用。結(jié)果表明,游泳池水中三氯甲烷濃度與p H值呈正相關(guān),當(dāng)p H值7.5時(shí),其生成量隨p H值升高呈倍增長(zhǎng);當(dāng)溫度25℃時(shí),升高溫度或增強(qiáng)水體攪動(dòng),均能促進(jìn)三氯甲烷從液相至氣相的傳質(zhì)過(guò)程;水中三氯甲烷濃度對(duì)淡水枝角水蚤24 h的LC_(50)為38.5μg/L,LC100為147.8μg/L;空氣中三氯甲烷濃度530μg/m~3時(shí)蚯蚓開(kāi)始逃逸,3 000μg/m~3時(shí)蚯蚓表現(xiàn)出完全的回避反應(yīng)。故室內(nèi)游泳池水p H值不宜超過(guò)7.5,夏季及人流量多時(shí)應(yīng)注意通風(fēng)。
[Abstract]:In order to control the production of trichloromethane in indoor swimming pool water and air, the effects of pH, temperature and stirring rate on the concentration of trichloromethane were analyzed by single factor test. The biotoxicity of two species to trichloromethane in indoor swimming pool water and air was studied. The results showed that the concentration of trichloromethane in swimming pool water was positively correlated with pH value, and when pH value was 7.5, the yield of trichloromethane increased by times with the increase of pH value.
