兒童體驗(yàn)式休閑農(nóng)業(yè)園景觀設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:兒童的健康成長(zhǎng)和綜合素質(zhì)培養(yǎng)需要高質(zhì)量的戶外活動(dòng)環(huán)境。在城市化快速發(fā)展的同時(shí),多數(shù)兒童只能在硬質(zhì)廣場(chǎng)以及擁擠的街道玩耍,越來(lái)越遠(yuǎn)離新鮮的空氣和大自然環(huán)境。近年來(lái)不斷興起的休閑農(nóng)業(yè)園,其獨(dú)特的地理環(huán)境、農(nóng)耕文化、農(nóng)事體驗(yàn)活動(dòng)和農(nóng)業(yè)生態(tài)景觀給兒童提供了天然的生態(tài)教室,同時(shí)也是實(shí)施自然教育的理想場(chǎng)所。據(jù)農(nóng)業(yè)部統(tǒng)計(jì),2016年全國(guó)休閑農(nóng)業(yè)和鄉(xiāng)村旅游接待游客近21億人次,帶動(dòng)672萬(wàn)戶農(nóng)民受益。 2017年中央1號(hào)文件再次明確指出,要大力發(fā)展休閑農(nóng)業(yè),充分發(fā)揮鄉(xiāng)村獨(dú)特優(yōu)勢(shì),利用“旅游+” “生態(tài)+”模式,推進(jìn)農(nóng)業(yè)與旅游、教育、文化、康養(yǎng)等產(chǎn)業(yè)融合。本文采用文獻(xiàn)查閱歸納、案例研究、論證分析、實(shí)踐案例的方法,以提出問(wèn)題—分析問(wèn)題—解決問(wèn)題為研究思路進(jìn)行分析探討,主要包括以下內(nèi)容:首先,以休閑農(nóng)業(yè)為切入點(diǎn),分析、總結(jié)休閑農(nóng)業(yè)的景觀要素、類型、可認(rèn)知性以及休閑農(nóng)業(yè)與兒童的關(guān)系,找出休閑農(nóng)業(yè)和兒童認(rèn)知自然的關(guān)聯(lián)性,即休閑農(nóng)業(yè)的可認(rèn)知性為兒童進(jìn)行自然體驗(yàn)提供了更多可能。其次,對(duì)自然體驗(yàn)式的兒童行為活動(dòng)適宜性做出評(píng)價(jià),按不同年齡段總結(jié)出兒童的身體特征、心理特征和行為特點(diǎn),并嘗試分析不同年齡段兒童的活動(dòng)喜好和認(rèn)知能力。針對(duì)以上特點(diǎn),從安全性、參與性、趣味性多樣性和農(nóng)業(yè)可認(rèn)知性方面對(duì)農(nóng)業(yè)園做出適宜性評(píng)價(jià)體系,概括出適宜體驗(yàn)的農(nóng)事活動(dòng),為休閑農(nóng)業(yè)園的景觀設(shè)計(jì)和體驗(yàn)活動(dòng)提供理論依據(jù)。再次,對(duì)我國(guó)最先發(fā)展休閑農(nóng)業(yè)的臺(tái)灣地區(qū)選取案例,進(jìn)行分析總結(jié)。分別是臺(tái)北頭城休閑農(nóng)場(chǎng)和臺(tái)南仙湖休閑農(nóng)場(chǎng),從項(xiàng)目概述和規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)兩方面做出了詳細(xì)分析,并進(jìn)行案例對(duì)比分析和借鑒經(jīng)驗(yàn)總結(jié)。然后,在案例分析的基礎(chǔ)上形成了休閑農(nóng)業(yè)園設(shè)計(jì)體系。以旅游心理學(xué)理論、體驗(yàn)經(jīng)濟(jì)理論、環(huán)境農(nóng)業(yè)理論、景觀生態(tài)學(xué)理論作為指導(dǎo),分別得出以下結(jié)論:休閑農(nóng)業(yè)景觀設(shè)計(jì)要求、設(shè)計(jì)原則、設(shè)計(jì)特性、設(shè)計(jì)方法。以此實(shí)現(xiàn)兒童體驗(yàn)并認(rèn)知自然的目的。最后,基于上述設(shè)計(jì)體系,以滁州市全椒縣“輝隆休閑農(nóng)業(yè)園”為例,將規(guī)劃地段打造成集鄉(xiāng)村文化、農(nóng)業(yè)觀光、農(nóng)事體驗(yàn)、民俗風(fēng)情、自然教育為特色的綜合性休閑農(nóng)園目的地,滿足兒童鄉(xiāng)村體驗(yàn)、認(rèn)知自然的需求,理論結(jié)合實(shí)踐闡述設(shè)計(jì)方法的可行性。
[Abstract]:Children's healthy growth and comprehensive quality training need high-quality outdoor environment. At the same time of rapid urbanization, most children can only play in hard squares and crowded streets, away from the fresh air and natural environment. In recent years, the leisure agriculture garden, whose unique geographical environment, farming culture, agricultural experience and agricultural ecological landscape provide children with natural ecological classroom, is also an ideal place to carry out natural education. According to the Ministry of Agriculture, the country's leisure agriculture and rural tourism received nearly 2.1 billion tourists in 2016, driving 6.72 million farmers to benefit. The 2017 Central Committee document No. 1 once again pointed out that it is necessary to vigorously develop leisure agriculture, give full play to the unique advantages of rural areas, and make use of the "tourism" ecological "model to promote the integration of agriculture and tourism, education, culture, health and other industries. This paper adopts the methods of literature review, case study, argumentation and analysis, and practice cases, and analyses and discusses the ideas of putting forward problem-analyzing problem-solving problems, which mainly include the following contents: first of all, From the point of view of leisure agriculture, this paper analyzes and summarizes the landscape elements, types, cognition of leisure agriculture and the relationship between leisure agriculture and children, and finds out the relationship between leisure agriculture and children's cognition of nature. That is, the cognitive nature of leisure agriculture provides more possibilities for children to experience nature. Secondly, the author evaluates the suitability of children's behavioral activities of natural experience, sums up the physical, psychological and behavioral characteristics of children according to different ages, and tries to analyze the activity preferences and cognitive abilities of children of different ages. In view of the above characteristics, from the aspects of safety, participation, interesting diversity and agricultural cognition, the suitability evaluation system of agricultural garden was made, and the suitable experience of agricultural activities was summarized. It provides theoretical basis for landscape design and experience activities of leisure agriculture garden. Thirdly, this paper analyzes and summarizes the selected cases of Taiwan, which is the first country to develop leisure agriculture. Taibei Tou Cheng leisure farm and Tainan Xianhu leisure farm, from the project overview and planning and design two aspects of detailed analysis, and comparative analysis of cases and experience summary. Then, on the basis of case study, the design system of leisure agriculture park is formed. Under the guidance of tourism psychology theory, experience economy theory, environmental agriculture theory and landscape ecology theory, the following conclusions are drawn: landscape design requirements, design principles, design characteristics and design methods of leisure agriculture. In order to achieve the children experience and recognize the nature of the purpose. Finally, based on the above design system, taking Huilong Leisure Agriculture Park of Chuzhou Quanjiao County as an example, the planning area is built into a collection of rural culture, agricultural sightseeing, agricultural experience, folk customs and customs. The comprehensive leisure farm destination characterized by natural education meets the needs of children's rural experience and cognition of nature. The feasibility of the design method is expounded by combining theory with practice.
