基于響應(yīng)面法的堿激發(fā)礦渣-玻璃粉膠凝材料的制備研究

【摘要】:研究堿含量和玻璃粉含量對(duì)堿激發(fā)礦渣-玻璃粉膠凝材料強(qiáng)度的影響,運(yùn)用Design Expert軟件的響應(yīng)面分析法對(duì)上述因素建立強(qiáng)度預(yù)測(cè)模型。結(jié)果表明,玻璃粉摻量對(duì)膠砂強(qiáng)度的影響不明顯,而堿含量對(duì)強(qiáng)度的影響較大,堿含量和玻璃粉的交互作用對(duì)抗折強(qiáng)度有一定的影響。當(dāng)堿含量為7%,玻璃粉含量為5%時(shí),膠砂的強(qiáng)度最高,且得到的最優(yōu)配比與實(shí)測(cè)值差異不大,使用響應(yīng)面分析法可以很好指導(dǎo)堿激發(fā)膠凝材料的制備,選出最優(yōu)配合比。
[Abstract]:The effect of alkali content and glass powder content on the strength of slag-glass powder cementitious material induced by alkali was studied. The strength prediction model was established by using the response surface analysis method of Design Expert software. The results show that the content of glass powder has no obvious effect on the strength of cement sand, while the content of alkali has a great effect on the strength, and the interaction between alkali content and glass powder has some influence on the strength of cement sand. When the content of alkali is 7 and the content of glass powder is 5, the strength of cement sand is the highest, and there is no difference between the optimum ratio and the measured value. The method of response surface analysis can be used to guide the preparation of alkali-excited cementing material and select the best mix ratio.
