“楓丹白露”住宅小區(qū)房地產(chǎn)項(xiàng)目管理現(xiàn)存問(wèn)題及對(duì)策研究
[Abstract]:In contemporary China, real estate as an important part of the Chinese economy, after two years of regulation and control of the property market, 2016 China's property market ushered in a new hot situation. However, behind the rapid development of real estate, real estate projects still have a variety of problems, among which, the good and bad management of real estate projects is the key to the success of projects. Based on the case study, this paper focuses on the quality, schedule, cost and safety of real estate project management. Through the analysis of "Fontainebleau" residential district project, this paper finds out the existing problems in the project management, analyzes the reasons for the problems, and at the same time, combines the actual situation of the residential district project, The countermeasures and suggestions of Fontainebleau residential project management are put forward. The main purpose of this paper is to analyze the problems existing in the project management through examples, and to introduce the necessary and important links in the implementation of the project in this case, so as to improve the management level of the real estate project. The innovation of this paper is to expound the project management of the construction unit, to analyze the problems in the whole process of the real estate enterprise, and to make the project management theory serve the project management practice better. To provide a certain reference for real estate projects, not only to learn from the measures used in the problem, but also to learn the importance of each step of the process.
