【摘要】：韌性是當今城市發(fā)展的重要議題,其中社區(qū)韌性是韌性在城市內部空間最具實踐意義的典型代表,同時也是國際上城市韌性研究領域的前沿熱點。本文對國外社區(qū)韌性的理論與實踐進行述評。首先,梳理了學術界社區(qū)韌性的概念和內涵,并將其歸納為能力、過程和目標三個部分;其次,從評估對象、評估內容和評估方法三方面闡述了社區(qū)韌性評估體系;然后,從理論研究、政策導向和實踐三個維度討論了社區(qū)韌性的提升策略;最后,總結了社區(qū)韌性的國外研究成果,對未來的研究進行展望,并從社區(qū)發(fā)展、規(guī)劃和管理三個方面進行啟示總結,以期為我國未來社區(qū)韌性的評估、提升乃至規(guī)劃范式的理論與實踐提供參考。
[Abstract]:Resilience is an important topic in urban development nowadays. Community resilience is a typical representative of resilience in urban interior space, and it is also a hot topic in the field of urban resilience research. This paper reviews the theory and practice of community resilience abroad. Firstly, the concept and connotation of community resilience in academic circles are combed and summarized into three parts: ability, process and goal; secondly, the evaluation system of community resilience is expounded from three aspects: evaluation object, evaluation content and evaluation method. Then, from the theoretical research, the policy guidance and the practice three dimensions discussed the community resilience enhancement strategy; Finally, the paper summarizes the foreign research results of community resilience, looks forward to the future research, and summarizes the enlightenment from three aspects of community development, planning and management, in order to evaluate the future community resilience in China. The theory and practice of upgrading and even planning paradigm provide reference.
