高效無(wú)鹵阻燃紙制備工藝及阻燃性能研究

【摘要】:隨著社會(huì)的發(fā)展和現(xiàn)代人生活水平、審美水平的提高,紙質(zhì)材料于室內(nèi)裝修內(nèi)的應(yīng)用日益廣泛。由于紙質(zhì)材料的易燃缺陷,容易造成重大的火災(zāi)隱患,所以紙質(zhì)材料的阻燃研究變得越來(lái)越重要。多年來(lái),因?yàn)辂u系阻燃劑造成環(huán)境保護(hù)和健康問(wèn)題引起了重視,使得對(duì)其替代阻燃劑的研究也隨之增多。本論文研究以磷鋁凝膠、氫氧化鋁、氫氧化鎂和硼酸為無(wú)機(jī)阻燃劑,分別采用涂布法和漿內(nèi)添加法來(lái)改善紙張的阻燃性能。磷鋁凝膠對(duì)紙張阻燃性能的影響試驗(yàn)得出,磷鋁凝膠的制備工藝為90℃加熱條件下,按3:2的磷鋁質(zhì)量比反應(yīng)2h。該條件下紙樣的氧指數(shù)和炭化長(zhǎng)度為別為52%和19mm。添加到紙張中的磷鋁凝膠能夠有效地停留在纖維的表面,改善成紙的阻燃性能。通過(guò)漿內(nèi)添加法制備無(wú)機(jī)復(fù)配阻燃紙的試驗(yàn),采用響應(yīng)面分析法優(yōu)化得出,無(wú)機(jī)復(fù)配膠黏劑中氫氧化鋁(A)、氫氧化鎂(B)和硼酸(C)對(duì)紙張阻燃性能影響的大小為:ACB。研究得到無(wú)機(jī)復(fù)配膠黏劑中氫氧化鋁、氫氧化鎂和硼酸的最佳添加量分別為50%、50%和30%。該條件下制備得到的紙張氧指數(shù)為32%。最后,漿內(nèi)添加法制得的濕紙成型后,在上紙頁(yè)烘干機(jī)之前通過(guò)磷鋁凝膠涂布。得到的復(fù)合紙樣試驗(yàn)中發(fā)現(xiàn),添加到紙張中的無(wú)機(jī)復(fù)配阻燃劑與纖維沒(méi)有發(fā)生化學(xué)反應(yīng),部分添加到紙樣的無(wú)機(jī)阻燃劑進(jìn)入并停留在細(xì)胞腔內(nèi),其余的阻燃劑則通過(guò)物理吸附作用,覆在纖維的表面,從而有效提高材料的阻燃性能。包裹在纖維的表面硼酸主要以凝聚相機(jī)理起到阻燃效果,而氫氧化鋁與氫氧化鎂遵循氣相阻燃反應(yīng)原理,兩種阻燃方式產(chǎn)生協(xié)效作用,有效抵消或推遲了纖維素和半纖維素的降解。此外,無(wú)機(jī)復(fù)配阻燃劑的加入,雖然對(duì)紙樣的熱穩(wěn)定性造成了影響,但它大大提高了樣品的殘?zhí)柯?即改善了紙樣的阻燃性能,使其達(dá)到難燃材料級(jí)別。
