高寒地區(qū)城市燃?xì)舛据斉溥^(guò)程中凍堵問(wèn)題的研究

【摘要】:我國(guó)東北部屬于高寒地區(qū),在冬季燃?xì)廨斉溥^(guò)程中會(huì)面臨著不同種類的凍堵問(wèn)題。本文以大慶地區(qū)為研究對(duì)象,首先對(duì)近幾年大慶地區(qū)城鎮(zhèn)燃?xì)庠O(shè)施冬季運(yùn)行情況進(jìn)行研究,分析在民用燃?xì)膺\(yùn)行過(guò)程中不同種類、不同部位凍堵現(xiàn)象的成因和相關(guān)解決方案,以及相關(guān)的實(shí)施效果;其次對(duì)高寒地區(qū)城市燃?xì)舛具\(yùn)行中車用燃?xì)廨斉溥^(guò)程中遇到的凍堵問(wèn)題進(jìn)行研究,并提出相應(yīng)的解決方案。在冬季氣溫較低時(shí),為燃?xì)庠O(shè)施加裝伴熱系統(tǒng)可以有效地避免因溫度過(guò)低導(dǎo)致設(shè)備發(fā)生凍堵,保證燃?xì)庠O(shè)備在冬季可以安全平穩(wěn)的運(yùn)行,現(xiàn)有的幾種伴熱系統(tǒng)存一定程度的弊端,如能耗高、不阻燃、無(wú)法實(shí)施監(jiān)控等。在此次研究中,針對(duì)現(xiàn)有伴熱系統(tǒng)存在的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行研究和改進(jìn),力求設(shè)計(jì)一套新型智能伴熱系統(tǒng),以實(shí)現(xiàn)通用性較高、能耗較低、具備阻燃性、實(shí)際運(yùn)行數(shù)據(jù)實(shí)時(shí)上傳等功能。
[Abstract]:Northeast China belongs to the alpine region, and it will face different kinds of freezing and blocking problems in winter gas transmission and distribution process. This article takes Daqing area as the research object, first carries on the research to the recent years Daqing area town gas facility winter operation situation, analyzes in the civil gas operation process different kinds, the different parts freezing the phenomenon origin and the correlation solution. And related implementation effect; Secondly, the problem of freezing and blocking in the process of transportation and distribution of vehicle gas in the winter operation of urban gas in alpine region is studied, and the corresponding solutions are put forward. When the temperature is low in winter, the installation of heat tracing system for gas facilities can effectively avoid freezing and blocking due to low temperature, and ensure the safe and stable operation of gas equipment in winter. Several existing heat tracing systems have some disadvantages, such as high energy consumption, non-flame retardant, unable to implement monitoring and so on. In this study, the problems existing in the existing heat tracing system are studied and improved, and a new intelligent heat tracing system is designed to achieve the functions of high generality, low energy consumption, flame retardancy and real-time uploading of actual operation data.
