基于GIS的建筑工業(yè)化基地選址研究
[Abstract]:The exploration of construction industrialization in China has a history of more than ten years. Building industrialization is of great significance to the transformation and upgrading of traditional construction industry and the realization of green sustainable development. It is also the construction industry of our country to get rid of the shortage of manpower and waste resources. The only way to frequent environmental pollution and safety accidents is that in recent years the country has built a number of demonstration bases for building industrialization, including residential development, construction and installation, structural components, housing components and other related industrial chain enterprises. To promote the construction industrialization of our country to lay a foundation for the extensive implementation. Base location is the most important problem that should be solved in the development of construction industrialization. It will have a great impact on regional economy, environment, transportation and so on. It is also related to whether the base can give full play to its maximum benefit after the completion of the base. Therefore, it is worth studying to adopt scientific method to locate the industrial base. First of all, by consulting the relevant documents and combining with the current situation of the development of architectural industrialization in recent years, the paper finds that most scholars focus on the development of construction industrialization, standard system, policy support and so on. As the centralized carrier of the development of the building industrialization, the building industrialization base plays a key role in the smooth development of the building industrialization. The main contents of this paper are as follows: (1) to establish the model of building industry base location, combining with a large number of domestic and foreign research and experts' opinions and suggestions, following the five principles of policy orientation, concentration of demand, convenient and developable traffic, and environmental protection. The main factors of building industrialization base construction are sorted out item by item; (2) the main influencing factors of site selection are analyzed by using grey relational analysis method; (3) the model of building industrialization base location selection is constructed according to the main influencing factors of site selection. Then the spatial technology of GIS is used to realize the pre-selection of the location of the industrial base in the visual geographical environment. (4) based on the ant colony algorithm, the pre-selected multi-scheme is solved optimally. Finally, this paper takes the location of a construction industrialization base in a development zone as a case study, from which the best site is selected to provide a reference for the location of the construction industrialization base in other areas in the future.
