高溫火直接作用下鋼梁抗火性能試驗研究

【摘要】:為研究高溫火直接作用下鋼梁的抗火性能,對其進行了高溫火直接作用試驗;同時,以受熱時間作為變化參數(shù),對比分析了高溫火直接作用和按ISO 834標準升溫過程鋼梁的軸力、跨中撓度及耐火時間。結果表明:高溫火直接作用與按ISO834標準升溫下,鋼梁破壞端面的微觀組織及升溫過程的受力和變形存在明顯差異;無論有無防火涂層的保護,當溫度800℃時,高溫火直接作用下鋼梁的最大軸力比按ISO 834標準升溫的增大76.9%以上;同時,防火涂層厚度對鋼梁的耐火時間也有影響,無防火涂層時,鋼梁的耐火時間小于20 min;有防火涂層保護時,隨防火涂層厚度增厚,兩種高溫作用下,鋼梁的耐火時間相近,但防火涂層厚度不足15 mm時,耐火時間相差20%以上;當防火涂層厚度為15 mm時,在溫度約800℃高溫火直接作用下,其耐火時間為26 min。
