大型冷卻塔表面脈動(dòng)風(fēng)壓原型實(shí)測(cè)與分布準(zhǔn)則

【摘要】:我國(guó)冷卻塔規(guī)范風(fēng)荷載條款仍源自20世紀(jì)80年代原型冷卻塔(約90m高)實(shí)測(cè)資料,且僅規(guī)定了塔筒表面靜態(tài)風(fēng)壓分布。事實(shí)上,超大型冷卻塔(高度≥165m)風(fēng)振問(wèn)題與風(fēng)荷載脈動(dòng)作用關(guān)系更加密切,由此導(dǎo)致了冷卻塔數(shù)學(xué)和物理試驗(yàn)?zāi)P屠字Z數(shù)效應(yīng)模擬準(zhǔn)則的不完整性,難于準(zhǔn)確再現(xiàn)冷卻塔表面動(dòng)態(tài)風(fēng)荷載與來(lái)流條件、塔群組合狀況等參數(shù)間的合理關(guān)系,已成為制約大型冷卻塔抗風(fēng)性能研究和結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)的瓶頸。為此,采用全天候動(dòng)態(tài)風(fēng)壓采集設(shè)備,對(duì)某電廠冷卻塔(約166m高)進(jìn)行通風(fēng)筒表面動(dòng)、靜態(tài)風(fēng)壓長(zhǎng)期現(xiàn)場(chǎng)觀測(cè),量化表面脈動(dòng)壓力與來(lái)流紊流度之間的影響關(guān)系,提出具有原創(chuàng)性的冷卻塔超高雷諾數(shù)條件(Re≥6E7)脈動(dòng)風(fēng)壓雷諾數(shù)效應(yīng)模擬準(zhǔn)則。
